this season finale was Verstappen getting ahead of Hamilton in the last lap.
The action sequences were solid, particularly the martial arts, and the casting and acting were also fine but the script is a mess, the pacing is off, and the second half feels goofy and disjointed from the first half. The second half action was difficult to follow and felt like a DC cluster f--- aimed at the Chinese market. HOWEVER, I am looking forward to seeing Shang-Chi utilized in the future films.
LEEEEROY JENKINS!!!! Never thought I ever would see a guy scream this in a show and run into a room full of baddies.
Moonee: ''This is my favorite tree! Do you want to know why?''
Jancey: ''Why?''
Moonee: ''Because it's tipped over but it's still growing.''
Absolutely amazing.
Pretty good movie which started brilliantly but unfortunately failed to deliver a convincing end.
Maeve skipped past Samurai and went straight to Jedi.
I'm so over these Chris Carter episodes. Very poorly written - clunky dialogue and way too many bland voice overs. And that car chase scene was awfully shot. I've never seen so many close ups on stepping on the gas pedal before. We even had a double tap once.
Carter should stop writing and directing. Just like last season, I fear his episodes will be the weakest ones.
They'll just build a new one... and make the White Walkers pay for it.
Okey, I think I've never been this confused in my whole life. Oh Lynch...
great episode. That last two minutes were so natural as life itself.
I really loved the atmosphere, the subtexts and themes 3/4 of the movie, but didn't love the way the last act was handled. Like so very often in these kind of movies, the tense atmosphere died in my opinion after the big reveals. I wish for once someone would make a movie with more subtle, tense plotline that carries all the way to the end. But that's just my personal opinion. In the end I enjoyed the movie a lot and definitely recommend everybody to see it.
The Joker and Harley Quinn scenes are perfect and some are straight from the comics. It's just unfortunate that some actors even at their best have such a weak plot to work with.
The villain is like something from a Mummy movie. While the heroes/villains feel out of place fighting her zombie like minions. Even Jai Courtney showing he can do more than play a stiff hero in Die Hard 5 or Terminator Genisys is wasted in this movie.
I mean the actors make a lot of effort to be entertaining and are in good form. They deserved better than shooting at supernatural creatures. Or in Harley's case hitting them with bats.
When you finally get to hear Harley Quinn saying Mr. J. or Pudding on the big screen for the first time. The movie really deserved a better story than Suicide Squad: Zombie Hunters.
Jared Leto’s Joker with his grill, tats and over-acting makes a weak Joker as well. Will Smith has been called a strong point. He’s usual Will Smith though and just phones it in.
Erlich Bachman, this is you as an old man. I'm ugly and I'm dead. Alone.
Classic Jian-Yang LOL!
A show that can maintain drama and comedy in such a balanced way is a good show indeed. Interested in whether they'll take it in a new direction next season, though.
Ah, I was a bit skeptical towards this movie, but after seeing it I'm happy! It was emotionally satisfying experience with great visuals and rich quality audio. No, it's not perfect but it was a really good movie. In the middle there was some moments that could've been paced a little better, but especially towards the end things started to heat up. Really liked the new characters and they were really well written/acted. Solid 9/10.
The movie is way too unrealistic. No one plugs in a USB cable on the first try.

"Hitchcock" is a very good bioepic about the master of suspense that really will gain the interest of any casual movie watcher. Alfred Hitchcock is played by Anthony Hopkins who does a very good job doing some mannerisms famous by the master of suspense. Helen Mirren also does an excellent job as Hitchcock's wife. The film focuses in the days leading to "Hitch" most popular film "Psycho" and the untold struggle that went behind the creation of it. With great acting and a very interesting story, "Hitchcock" is very good and entertaining film that is sure to keep anybody watching.
