The most unrealistic part of this episode is that someone actually applied for a renovation permit in NY. As an avid Louis Rossmann viewer that's the first thing that caught my attention.

Second time judge scared me on SVU, power sure goes to their head.
Previous SVU episodes showed some scary people, but none of them made be uncomfortable and scared as this judge did.
It's a nice episode but it just seems improbable that a company that has no idea how their vault was cracked wouldn't be involved in the trial or working with police, or at least go through the evidence. Someone from the company who was involved with the creation of that safe must have been able to recognize that code just like Sherlock did.
Of all the silly things this show has, the silliest one is in this episode - uploading malware from the bones... And this antagonist is by far the lamest. Having hackers is for me the same as deus ex machina to ancient Greeks. They had to give some block to Angela's all powerful god striking computer and the way they wrote this is just silly.
That Monk reference at the end was awesome.

Great episode, but that Leeroy Jenkins yell was just dissapointing knowing that Shawn could have done it right.
Nice episode, but the same premise and conclusion as S03E15, where they were solving scary summer camp case.
This show became more and more like a soap opera with better production with each new episode. Honestly, this shoud have lasted only 6 seasons. It would have been better it there were less major new developments that needed whole season to get answered and less cheap storytelling tricks. It leaves a bitter taste considering that early seasons were much better, and from season 5 onward it just keeps getting stale. I just stopped watching after s07e10 and I don't have an urge anymore to know the answers to what happened.
