Sly! Also a big fan of Rocky
I loved seeing Sly and it was an interesting introduction to Deja. This is where they meet the dog, noooo.
In my experience, Kevin, there's no such a thing as "a long time ago." There's only memories that mean something and memories that don't.

Solid episode. Really impressed by Stallone's performance. His conversations with Kate and Kevin came across as sincere and touching.
The episodes are too good. This show is too good. This cast is too good. We are not worthy.
I found this show accidentally somehow almost 4 years ago, and now 6 seasons and 105 episodes later the impact This Is Us made on me is huge, i saw a family, a relationship that was so out of this world that i badly wanted it to be real. These past years watching the show right on air, on cue with the little things, the fine moments of joy, weeps, tears & bittersweet moments all led here to this moment. I really don't think Dan Fogelman can deliver a better finale than this, instead of wholly focusing on the Big Thing, he decided to steer it clear onto the little things in life that impacts the Pearson's & the viewers at the same time. The tremendous performance put up by the whole main cast was so wholesome that it will stay with you. And i am pretty sure that till the day comes, i will remember the finer things, the little things about this show that stayed with me. #ThisIsUs.......
One of the best things about this show is how strong the characterizations are. The flashbacks are rooted in a deep sense of knowing, understanding and explaining who the characters are and how they came to be this way. Through the flashbacks they show us, piece by piece, things about the characters that they haven't spelled out about the characters in the present storyline yet (or don't talk about at all) but every moment seems important to understanding these characters. The family relationships are carefully crafted, complete with little family rituals, and showing how each and everyone relates (or related) to each other, in those little things you may have with your parents. The multiple threads are tied together surprisingly well, and rarely feel forced alltogether. So far I haven't seen a single weak episode. This Is Us really stands out from the crowd
This show make me feel alive.
One of the best scripted shows ever. A must SEE. a great family show. if you haven"t watched, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. The cast are amazing, you will need a box of kleenex, every episode
This Is Us really surprised me in so many ways.
Before watching the Pilot, I was honestly expecting 'just another family comedy show', kind of. But ever since the first episode aired, I'm positively and repeatedly surprised and touched by just how beautiful and real this show is- on so many levels.
Yes, This Is Us is a dramedy focusing on three families that appear to really have nothing in common, but episode by episode one really learns and loves to learn to look deeper.
In a time like this, where TV seems to have reached some sort of quality peak, it doesn't happen too often do find a show that really stands out, especially in a genre like comedy. But This Is Us does pretty much everything right. The storytelling is superb, there's always new bits and pieces one picks up when watching the show, constant new revealings, a perfectly picked cast (really, they all work damned great together) and, as I said earlier, there's this honest and humble approach to it all that, for me, makes it stand out so severely.
This Is Us doesn't (need to) rely on heavy special effects, over-dramatization or flat jokes, nor does it try to deliver some sort of big and important political message. It's strapped of all this and by doing so, one can really enjoy the work, thoughts and incredible skills that have been put into all aspects of this show.
I find it really rare these days to find a pure gem like this and even more so to get so heavily attached to a show after just a couple of episodes. But, well. Here I am, already wanting This Is Us to never end, ever.
This is the best television right now! God bless this show! Best story telling. Who would have thought that simple everyday's people life. Is what all we neeed..
This is, without a single doubt, one of the best dramas that you can ever watch. And you want to know why? Because it has heart, it has love, it has faith. It really tries to give you a ray of hapiness even if you're having a bad day. It's not a drama where it al revolves around making the protagonist suffer, instead it try to teach us the good essences that we all have. The values of love, friendship and most importantly, family. Seriously, it will change your life.
A show that makes a grown man cry. Very rare I see a tv show with this level of acting and drama. Beutiful, happy and so sad
Just binged the entire thing, I liked it personally and think they did a great job.
They completely nailed the look, feel and vibe of the games and it's fucking amazing.
homie, they got walton FUCKING goggins up in this bitch
Finch and Bear adventures :hearts: Michael Emerson is stellar as ever. Can't wait to see where it all leads.
Also still don't care about Brotherhood wannabe guy.
Goggins' Ghoul just seems like a poor man's western Deadpool atm so no wonder people are all over him. Hoping for a bit more depth there.
All in on Lucy's journey. Wanna see her slowly become a surface badass. Why tf couldn't she get a weapon from Ma though!
Love it love it love it only problem i see is having a scare every five minutes knowing i d9dnt save my game progress its that good
5:20 Dr. Wilzig and his dog evade automatic machine gun fire unscathed because it's convenient for the plot. The Enclave has perfected cold fusion but their turrets have shitty targeting systems? Come on...
I don't know why I keep watching these spin-offs... I am fed up, but can't stop... is there a Walking Dead Anonymous meeting I can attend?! :person_shrugging_tone1:♂:person_facepalming_tone1:♂
They usually cancel these kinds of shows, don't they??
"Did Schrodinger's cat write the plot?" is the first question that comes to my mind while watching this show.
Typically, stories have plot holes and paradoxes that are either intentionally left open for future seasons or unintentionally created because of lazy writing. However, in a quantum world, paradoxes are the plot and plot holes make the story, and the audience is expected to keep up with this unnecessarily and overly convoluted ride, hoping that the creators will come to it and close the loop before the network wakes up cancels the show.
I hate science fiction shows that take up more than they can chew and create quantum worlds that are both utopian and dystopian at the same time... in their eagerness to create paradoxes and oxymorons... they only reveal themselves to be absolute morons...
Brilliant actors, but like I said, the plot and the speed of narration means I won't be too surprised if the show gets cancelled before the showrunners make a point.
Amazing show! I was going to watch the first episode but ended up watching the 3 apple premiered. The visuals are amazing, the acting is great, the story is clever. Let’s just hope they close it well. Watch this episodes on apple or from a quality source, the visuals and effects are great.
It is so sad that these places exist and that there appears to be no criminal charges being brought against the owners and staff of these places!
