Wow! Absolute carnage! How can they come back and be victorious? I was certain we had lost more characters than it seems we have.
Priceless argument between the two families; especially the comments about leek eating and sheep
Fantastic train station sequence; only the British could react in this way to a totally innocent situation
"Don't forget your handbag Mrs Slocombe!"
"Right, fairy cake!"
"Oh! So it's all coming out now is it?"
"... because the quality don't wear their bosoms hitched up round their earholes!"
'Well, in that case you should be top of next years honours list!!"
"Oh, there he is! Would you care to measure little Roger?"
"Would you take over, I'm just going to lie down!"
What a season end; I want to know what happens next! Tell me now!!
"Oh, I wish I could afford One of those!"
Grodd was brilliant. Loved the ending scenes which are very King Kong
"Ho Ho Ho little boy! have I got a surprise for you!!"
Some 'suits' have it all! Thank goodness for that eh!
Iris should be 'told' otherwise she's just a bit of a spare part really and her constant requests to know what she thinks people are hiding are getting a bit old now :(
Probably the best episode to date! Right now I can't see how this will end up; thrilling.
"Well, I'm not having a days pay docked just because you've got a jaxy full of vaccine!"
"What a delicate way to put it!'
"A key to the executive washroom!!! I've worked at Grace Brothers for 35 years, and I've never been once!"
" You must be bursting!"
" As regards dress, I think black tie!"
" What, nothing else?"
Yeah, I just don't think this episode was particularly believable; is McCall that kinda guy to fall for a woman so quickly.
I guess it must happen.
I have to say, I missed the part where she was able to get the keys to his car - and - I love the way he opens the door and shouts 'Drive! Drive!' before he's even got one toe inside it LOL
Poor Joe! What with looking into his reason to live and then forgetting it's Tuesday!
With moves like that, Joe should be on an Olympic team!
"I too seem to have left my notecase at home on top of the colour television set!"
"Really Stephen, I remember you did the same thing last Friday"
"I seem to be getting rather forgetful!"
"Thats why I reminded you about the £1!!"
Best chuckle line -
" I think there should be segregation between the sexes"
"...and within the sexes!"
Only Stewie can pull off a convincing 9 to 5 sketch!
Continuity? Just watch the conversation on the hilltop. Clothes are wet, now dry, now wet now dry, wet, dry, wet dry...
That aside; loved the episode. I had my own opinion as to the guilt of the man; I was right. I should be a cop!
I might be 42 but hey; this was great fun to watch.
Much like the original 1964 series, this had atmosphere and a great story.
Love the reimagined characters, sets and craft. Great job!
Stewie's power of Brian is scarey... LOL
I was sure Tom was about to be killed, but no, he lives on.
Red always has an angle; how does he remember all the alliances, the deceit.. I know I wouldn't
Wow!
As this series has progressed the story has built, the performances of the actors seems to have only gotten better.
The final scenes with the confessions, the trial, the beheading and finally the embrace of the King; simply brilliant!
Time runs short I think for Anne; the Kings eye has wandered and desperation for a son and Heir is mounting.
Loved the scene between Henry and Cromwell, following Chapuy's 'discussion'.
Easier to follow than the book was to read, so far.
I was beginning to wonder if Henry was going to make an appearance....
Roger... you really shouldn't wear Francine's underwear....
What a powerful episode; so much has happened. I almost need to watch it again to take it all in!
I still don't understand why the true Pope doesn't escape incarceration; part of a larger plan.
Superb ending to a great season. I truly thought Ragnar was dead; fooled me. I am surprised that Rolo would accept a deal like that and that Floki isn't yet dead, perhaps a threat is more entertaining to Ragnar. He has after all already said he is a patient man. Season 4, it's too long to wait for you
