I liked it. But, maybe it would have been better suited as a series. The universe seems to have a lot of unused potential.
This show is streets ahead.
Well, that plot twist... I didn't see it coming.
I believe this show needs a special kind of audience. Some of it's own breed.
Totally support the idea of being art, more than just entertainment. But doesn't have to exclude each other.
For people who have the patience going to a museum and look at a piece of art for a long time and making their own thoughts.
Nothing is explained down to the obvious here.
I will continue watching and would vote for a second season.
Very happy that things like this still exist.
Thank you, team "loop".
Fantastic stories, great cinematography and production values, excellent performances and a superb soundtrack.
The focus of the series are the people and the storytelling, not the special effects or other hollywood super hero bs.
The world and the character building are top notch. Dark, mysterious, melancholic, with a nostalgic feeling in it. just perfect series. In fact, i can't find anything that bothers me.
This is art.
Yeah come on Amazon, this show is too good to die now
Edit: aaaand just two days later the show is officially saved by Amazon. Life is good
I'm already hyped for the Oliver/Farouk villain duo next season plus David and his slpit personalities now that the Shadow King is gone.
Also fyi: There is a mid credits scene at the end. Almost missed it. And it's very important.
Thanks god this show is prolonged to another season! phew!
Buried somewhere deep there is a good movie here, but the screenwriting, the budget, and pacing absolutely kill it. Many plot holes. This movie suffers from being completely half baked. With some screenwriting talent and some more money this could have been a decent sci-fi thriller, but as it stands this movie was complete garbage.
So that's the best crew we have? Really? I'm disappointed so far. Will give it a try for another 1-2 episodes.
Aubrey Plaza's acting has been something special since the first episodes of season 1.
you don't need drugs to watch this show... this show IS the drugs
Never failed to surprise me, I have been lost a little in this episode, some parts of it was hard to interpret at first LOL XD Besides, it has the longest opening in the entire television history, FX and Marvel have been presented at the end of the episode lol XD
This will become one of my favorite quotes:
Love... isn't gonna save us.
It's what we have to save.
Pain makes us strong enough to do it.
All our scars, our
anger, our despair...
It's armor.
I like Star Trek: Orville more :-D:-P
German Netflix viewers: How do you track this show? Seems like the ordering is completely different. Send help :)
This was the biggest surprise of 2018 for me. I randomly clicked on it because I liked the title. The first episode completely captivated me. The plot was so weird and surprising, I just wanted to keep on watching. The acting was a+, especially Jonah Hill, Emma Stone and Justin Theroux were brilliant. Everything about this spoke to me. It definitely isn't for everyone, but I think that if you like it, you love it.
This is what a short film is supposed to be like. And in this case as an extra bonus it is also a teaser for The Darjeeling Limited. Can't wait to go and watch that!
If you are a Trek/Spock/Nimoy fan this is a must see. For the hardcore fan there isn´t much new in it but it shows a lot about the person Nimoy and what he left behind.
Personally, I was lucky to see him at a convention years ago. He had such a tremendous presence. I´ll never forget that day.
