As a fan of the game series, I really enjoyed the first season of Fallout.
I'll say it. Castlevania is the best video game adaptation ever. Everything I wanted, I got it. It was beautiful, it was thrilling, it was emotional, and best of all, it was satisfying. Perfect ending for one of the best animated shows out there. Oh yeah and the animation quality itself is insane. Watch this if you haven't right now.
I was aprehensive about this series, because of most of the previous game adaptive movies or series ended in disaster (except Castlevania, of course). But I must say I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of this show. They have clearly taken their inspiration from the game. At times it can be very dense in the storylines, and I'm hoping the next season will take its time a little more to flesh some of them out a little more.
One of the best R-rated superhero show I've watched.
The Terror is exquisitely detailed and superbly acted. Every word, every expression, every act of valor or depravity carries a weight so heavy, none can be missed or overlooked. In the faces of these men, in their eyes, and every word, spoken or left unsaid, the will to live battles with the fact that the place âwants them dead.â
