So far so good, after 2 episodes. A solid plot, likeable characters, a mysterious mastermind and yay a Wookie! 7.5/10 to be updated as the series progresses. Oh, and a big FU to the morons who submitted ratings months before the series was released.
I'm always amazed that the anti woke people don't realise The Boys is making fun of them
I know it's ultimately created for kids in mind but I just wish there wasn't the child involved in the storyline. Why do they always need a kid in these shows to protect and move the story along? I am pretty bored but that doesn't mean I think it's bad. It's just not for me and that's okay.
Comments here need to be at minimum 5 words, but there are only 3 that are needed:
holy shit, chef
the show should've ended with all of them dying due to the asbestos exposure
[Netflix] It's darker, more intriguing and more pessimistic than ever, somehow closer to "House of cards" than "The West Wing", and brings the protagonist closer to the "dark side" than ever. It is also more cynical, titling the first episode "The future is female" in a world where there is no sorority, but backstabbing and betrayal. It manages to return with the same complex reflection about the corruption of power.
Terrible show you want so badly to be good. The writing is so lazy and cheap. Cliffhanger tactics to keep people watching.
