The actress playing Betty reminds me of Brittany Murphy.
I think I'm done with this show. I really liked this ending, even if some things don't make sense... but they think I'll watch a whole new season without the main characters? I love Regina but I don't think that'll be enough. Moreover after the horrible writing this show has suffered since season 3.. I'll have to think about it. Anyway, good ending to the original show.
SPECTACULAR!!! Spot on casting, authentic setting, faithful to the original book, wonderful acting, moving and joy filled drama. CBC on Sunday nights. I give it a 9 (superb) out of 10, only because I should probably see 2 episodes before granting it the 10 that I very much anticipate it will deserve. I feel as superlative as Anne. YAY!
I came into this series not having read the book/s so it was all so very new and refreshing to me. And I liked that. I fell totally in love with Anne and Green Gables. I wallowed in every rise and fall (and rise again) of emotions I experienced while watching this series.
Sometimes, we need a little touch of inspiration in the midst of a television era steeped in violence and hopeless situations. ♥
OH, but THAT ending, though~! I am going to cry if this series does not come back for a second season to resolve THAT!
My name is Savitar, and I am the fastest God alive. To the outside timeline, I'm an ordinary happy Barry, but secretly with the help of Killer Frost, I troll everyone with my use of grammar and fight past me. In an attempt to prevent Me from destroying myself, I walked out of my armor to show Me to Myself. But I won't let that happen, I'm gonna do everything in my power to not change the past, and I'm the only one fast enough to do it. I am Savitar.
The fact that Dear White People has such a low rating proves the point of the whole show
Well, that was one blatantly obvious product placement.
This comment is brought to you by the all-new 2017 Ford Fusion.
Ford. Go Further.
I'd rate this higher if it had more of the Nikita and less of the West Wing stuff.
I particularly enjoyed the Ford advert three quarters of the way through, it really had me thinking it was part of the plot for a second. Bravo! (/sarcasm)
So that's what happened to Barbara. Always wondered how she ended up in the chair. The ending with the Joker and Batman just having a laugh really caught me off guard. Brilliant.
Barbara and Bruce? Why? Makes no goddamn sense and completly changes Batmans motivations.
are u telling me i spent all this time watching two seasons of this show so that u can just tell me none of it actually happened ????????? hELL NAW
My name ia Hunter Zolomon and I am the highest Man Alive. When I was a child I saw my father shooting my mother. My father went to prison for her murder. Then I went to an orphanage because nobody wanted me. Then an accident made me the impossible. To the outside World I am an ordinary hero whose name is Jay Garrick, but in secret I kill time remnants to mentally confuse Others and find speedsters like me. One day, I'll find Barry Allen and I'll race him. I am Zoom
So the key to defeat Darhk was a speech.
F**k this show I'm done.
Loved it in the beginning. Being on the CW I was ready to insta-hate it, but was surprised ep after ep that I was entertained. No, the acting is far from superb, but the storyline is actually pretty interesting.
It's definitely gotten worse though. The first season I was really into. Marathoned it. The second was okay; one episode--where they introduce Barry--was really super corny & cliche. This current [third] season was getting pretty good but then they started this theme of introducing a new villain at the end of each ep along with a really cheesy catch phrase. Terrible. So hopefully they stop that and bring it back to goodness. Cuz that would be good.
Remember season one finale where Barry goes through the speedforce sees himself in jail? Hes wearing the same outfit as the man in the mask.. What if its Barry from the future? While time travelling Zoom finds out that Barry kills him and goes to prison for manslaughter.. So he captured as insurance for his plan, that why the man in the iron mask knew to tell them about Jay and didnt say Hunter, and he knew that his younger version would know the POW code (because hes Barry, obviously he knew he would know) when they stand face to face and Barry promises he will rescue him, they mirror each other as well and are the same height..
Evil Katie Cassidy with black lipstick, dressed in leather? Sign me the hell up! I loved her!
My poor baby Caitlin. I'm glad she's back with the team. She, Barry and Cisco had a really nice moment with the group hug. The original trio of nerds back together, as it should be.
"This is the part where I play stupid and you explain the science."
That's it. That's the show in a nutshell.
A lot of good lines in this episode. Very quotable.
"- I didn't know you cared, Detective.
- Yes, you did."
That was a nice spin on the clichéd "I don't" response. Joe is a gift to this world.
I love how Cisco and Harry are BFFs now. Their relationship is super fun to watch.
Barry and Iris are adorable. I didn't really like the idea of those two together in season 1. I thought that their childhood-friends dynamic with the boy inevitably falling in love with the girl was kind of unoriginal and boring. Now I'm starting to like them. I still wouldn't mind Barry and Caitlin together, though. Grant Gustin is a magical actor who has chemistry with everyone.
I wish I could get my hands on Zoom right now. Damn, leave Barry alone! That puppy of a person has been through enough. He deserves some happiness for once.
If all doppelgangers are mirror reflections of each other, does this mean that 90% of the population on Earth 2 are left-handed?
This was a real good episode, but a hard one for the #TeamMichael fans.
I sooo hope it really ends after Season 10!!
I just can't stand Leonard's mother. She's such an awful character and I'm always so close to skipping episodes where she appears. She's insulting, rude, heartless and one-dimensional. And I definitely don't feel differently about her just because she seems to be upset about not being invited to the wedding.
Fun and entertaining... Suprisingly!
Loved it!! This was a hilarious and beautiful movie wrapped in a conventional story. I didn't even mind Cage's voice as the Dad.
