This movie makes me so happy. It's like a batch of warm cookies and a tall glass of oat milk.
It was good enought to be entertained and not feel bored.
Movie would be a lot better without Madison story. Wish they stopped casting Millie.
Movie was ok. Not up to the hype. Typical 'hero fights fights hero then they fight together against a common enemy' type plot.
I'm supprised that this movie with no real story would be made with what seems to be an ok budget, based on the cgi. I'm not hopeful for the future of game movies based on this. Really suppriced they accepted such a week story. Guess they where ok with just the characters and their fights. Ohh well guess we all have different taste.
why sub-zero always leave his opponents alive? fr. and hasashi hanzo whatever attacks from back and two on one bhahahahaa...
Fuck this movie and everyone involved in it. You guys should be blackballed over this monstrosity. The constant arguing and loudly narrating everything that was happening by the actors, the ludacris plot with the little girl roaming around the house unsupervised while aliens are about and the jackass son filming it decides to go upstairs alone multiple times to do trivial things in order to put his life in danger, the fact that any rational human being would have abandoned the house when you saw with your own eyes the aliens entering upstairs, totally forgetting they should have left immediately after the first encounter but instead decided to have turkey dinner... I can't even man. This movie is so bad, that I seriously thought I was having a heart attack by the ending because I was so upset with how stupid and unrealistic the characters were written. Fuck this movie. If anyone involved in this project is still working in the industry we are in trouble as a society.
While watching I was thinking this would be better as a short and apparently it is, does have a few creepy segments. The best part was when a toilet disappeared and it made a cartoon noise.
This isn't even a movie, it's a waste of time.:poop::wastebasket:
This movie broke into my house, hit me with its mundanity, and then left with a piece of my soul. Will bolster my defences next time and pick a better movie.
James Dean was a true talent, and his acting is always superb this is a really great film that has a few plotpoints that don't circle around all the way but that's my only problem with this film because when this film is at it's best it's hard to dislike anything about it.
Great movie, like many of Elia Kazan, sometimes distressing to see. James Dean transmits his anguish
This was fun! I'm sure I watched this when I was younger but I didn't really remember it. Not too bad for a straight to video sequel.
My Little Pony: The Movie is a dream come true for fans of the television series and the brand of My Little Pony in general. As for a movie-goer, this film takes a good budget, Toon Boom, and mashes it all together to make a film that blends the positive message of friendship and the feeling of epic cinema. Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity are all fleshed out in their character. They are given moments to shine, and when it's their time, they really shine. Tempest is a wonderful antagonist for the film, though I cannot say the same for the Storm King. I'm also not a huge fan of a couple choices in the soundtrack, but the songs are worthwhile all their own. In short, My Little Pony: The Movie is a worthwhile watch, and even if you are not a huge fan of the series, this is a good movie to get you started. Saddle up, everypony! This film is great.
THIS COMMENT IS REPLYING TO THE OPINION IN THE BLACK ENTERTAINMENT SECTION...You have a very skewed view of people. Why would you think the producers and writers hate black people? Are you really serious about your comments? Questioning foolish things like the lighting. You sound like someone trying to sound smart, but isn't. Does Black Panther have bad lighting also? You are the kind of person that keep black people from prospering because you just keep perpetuating the hate.
What degrading photos are on the covers of these movies? You should be glad they even made the movie. I agree that the casting for black people in the past leaves something to be desired, but that's changing. Black actors have to work also, what do you want them to do, reject a movie just to make an unknown point? You just need to lighten up, no pun intended, and try to have a better outlook on your own people.
Wasn't scary. It was a tad unsettling. Watched the wisecrack and foundflix reviews on youtube, to see if I missed the meaning or the bigger picture. Nah. It's just an elaborate cult inspired movie. I was expecting a lot after hereditary. I was disappointed.

First off, I haven't played the game 'Alone in the Dark' and this is the first Uwe Boll film I've ever seen. From the reviews I've read, the scathing criticism of Boll I've heard and all the message boards on IMDb, my expectations were way low. Game adaptations are inherently bad, the only exceptions I can think of are 'Mortal Kombat' and the 'Resident Evil' movies (yes, I like Paul W.S. Anderson too).
I'm a Christian Slater fan, for starters, and now I'm a Uwe Boll fan too. I reckon, as B-grade movie directors go, the guy's got talent. He handles the sex scene very well (without it being fifteen minutes long and featuring an inordinate amount of nudity and fading in and out all the time) and the film was fastly paced and tight. The visual effects were also amazingly well-done for such a film, the creatures (I forget what they're called) especially.
I could overlook the problems with the script and the acting, but only because 'Alone in the Dark' is so suspenseful and genuinely interesting at times. There's never a dull nor slow moment to be found. I reckon 2/10 is rather harsh. I've seen worse films than this; much worse. While it may not sit well with gamers, 'Alone in the Dark' is one of the better B-grade horror films I've seen in years, just as long as you don't take it seriously.
Oh damn, I will miss having a new Sharknado (movie I mean lol) every year! It's so ridiculous but so entertaining! I love it!
A really, really pretty adaptation of the original story.
A very successful horror decent atmosphere, it's just a pity that the end will be a more interesting end and find out how it will turn out, if they get out of the madhouse and if they survive at all, you won't know. All that remains is to watch the second part and hope that the unraveling of the whole film will come. But even so, a very successful horror with a decent atmosphere, my rating would be a bit higher, but for that end I have to give a mark less, so I rate seven points out of ten, but still a very well-crafted horror. Sorry my English is very bad.
You could tell there was some competing creative differences being pushed together, but in the end it was as camp as the old Super Mario Bros Super Show. A fun time.
lots of haters out there, but I liked it a lot. I'm not a big Nintendo fan, but this movie was a charming adventure movie, just what I wanted. it wasn't super funny, but I preferred that, I don't want donkey kong fart jokes or anything, just want them to do Mario stuff, and it delivered. And Chris Pratt was one of the better voice in the movie, everyone cried when he was announced, but he pulled it off.
I can’t believe how much this movie hates it’s audience. Truly aggressively awful and frustrating.
I can only give it a single star, I wish I could give it less, negative stars even.
What an absolute waste of 100 minutes, I defy the reviewers here that say it is a polarizing movie, it really isn't, not even close, there is nothing to invest in, no characters to care about, nothing, this movie would have been better served by not being made at all and the makers should be ashamed of themselves for doing so.
I can't give a star, i don't know what i watched for 100 mins.
Halloween day continues with a re-watch for the 31 Days Of Horror! Love this one.
Night is Short, Walk on Girl is a town found at the wrong stop of a strange train, where nothing is familiar and your bearings are as lost as you are. A place where you wander aimlessly, happy to be adrift and praying you won't be home anytime soon.
Based on an illustrated Japanese novel, Night is Short... is a collection of tales revolving around a young girl on a road trip through a long night that's not long enough as she meets characters who are characters and has the kind of time you'll recognise as that one special night that came together in ways you never could have planned and still feeds you memories in nights cold enough to leave you alone.
I'm not an expert of Japanese animation (the artwork here is gorgeous) but I am a connaisseur of sincerity and this film has enough to fill the strongest of nights to the brim.
The terminator is a shameless copy of of Alex Mercer in the Prototype pc game. Also is filmed and use the same face all the time.
A really bad movie.
I know far too many of their names fml
Barely scratches the surface of documenting what 4chan and its users are really like. However it wasn't completely out of touch and boomer'ish so I will give it a pass, somewhat.
