7/10
The 1:1 Format as a stylistic method is simply annoying. The film exaggerates at times but for the most part i liked it

@iamdwg That would have been the core message of the movie if they didn't ruin it with the ending, which tears the whole thing apart. Asa's character was supposed to learn that he can't control relationships, and that if it's not meant to be, it's not going to happen. Getting back together in the end nullifies the previous character development they had been constructing.
It's sad that the quality of this show has been decreasing for years. It honestly can't be compared with its first seasons, or even the first couple of episodes (like Dylan singing In the Moonlight in front of all her family). It should have ended with season 5. Don't get me wrong, it's still good, just not AS good. It makes sense that they want to end with Manny and Luke's high school graduation

@jorah-the-andal Disagree. I don't think it has lost any of its fun to be honest. Still has some great stuff.

I was very nervous to watch this last episode because I feared they would force Otis and Maeve together the last minute. I'm glad they didn't.
I just hope they don't ruin it next season and make some silly excuses for them to break up with their current partners so they can end up together. They have a good thing going with the relationships they've been building during this whole season and, even though they might like each other, doesn't mean they are right for each other yet.loading replies
@misnomer I'm not sure. Ola's thing with Otis was an ongoing situation that had been developing for some episodes, not a last minute choice. I do agree that they did that to extend the series but then again it would have been too rushed and awkward if they decided to get Maeve and Otis together the last episode, out of thin air.

@onlime yeah I guess. Hopefully they don't rush it.
