"What's dead should stay dead." ~Dean
i love how they use back in black again as they're driving in the start of the episode to relate to the start of the show when sam and dean were just starting off. symbolises a new beginning.
REWATCH
I remembered the first time fangirling about a former member of the Buffy gang being a vampire lol
Here's when things start to get complicated, with Sam rethinking their whole lifestyle and Dean with his fear of having become a hateful killer... my poor baby
holy shit now THATS a season premire
Wow, even though I knew Dean would survive, I still panicked for a bit. He proper showed some vulnerability. Although I didn't particularly like John, I'm sad for the boys. Shows how much he really loves them.
sam and deans faces when they see john literally makes me sob
Mia Goth’s monologue in the third act is chilling, absolutely chilling in a way that’s both vulnerable and eerie. Between this, X, and the upcoming MaXXXine I think it’s safe to say Goth is already a horror icon.
Love that it was Julian who we got the heartfelt speech from. Perfect in a way. Gonna miss this old bunch!
not captain’s stick being havers’ stick… not them saying each others’ names like that…. excuse me if i CRY
I love these episodes where you get a little bit of emotion as you see a flashback to the past.
Specifically here in this one, talking about Pat - by far my favourite character. Seeing how he is when the scouts are being taught Archery in a safer way now .. but more so the home video of his last Christmas with his family before his accident. How upset he got when they started to make fun of him .. and then finding out there's footage from a following Christmas where his Son is clearly missing him and talking like he did.
Episodes like this one really make you laugh one minute, and tug on the heartstrings the next! And what better time to do that, than at Christmas, when we are all more susceptible to contemplation and happiness.
Perfect viewing for Christmas day. Loved it, one of the best episodes yet.
Such a sweet ending to a very realistic family Christmas. Nice to see another side of Julian too
i especially love it when Thomas dances
That was fun as hell...best part is in the car when home girl makes robot sounds as she slowly Jack knifes her legs, swivels and kicks dudes face off with her foot bones bahahahaha priceless
The writing of the first act alone and the confusion over the protagonist was magnificent to me. I had an absolute blast in the theater with this one.
Percy Jackson does the floss in this episode
FINALLY! After all those years begging for another adaptation after the trainwreck that were this Fox movies... we got it! This time with Rick Riordan directly involved, we can already see that it's going to be faithful to the books. Finally we, the "Percystants" got what we wanted!
The first episode hits the ground running straight out of the books! What promises to be a faithful adaptation to the source material, considering Rick Riordan co-wrote the script, I can't wait to see how the rest of the series unfolds in this new TV format. Walker Scobell was perfectly chosen to play the titular role as Percy Jackson and I'm glad they stuck with the books for a younger actor. From set designs, script and action, I'm invested for the long run.
This is not a horror film. Instead it is a story of love. And oh boy, what a story. One of the best love films ever made.
Suffice to say that this one is definitely different. Maybe the Twilight series could learn a thing or two from this one? :P
A killing Christmas tree is on a Christmas killing spree. Out for revenge, he hunts down those who caused his execution.
Laughably bad... everything, but it's 100% fun cheesy entertainment. The kills were fun and the third act was hilarious. You can clearly see the tree is a costume and some shoes are visible at the bottom most of the time. The talking from the tree was a bit much. Almost in the "so bad it's good" category but not quite, it's just bad.
do yourself a favor and watch this movie I'm not going to spoil it for everybody else trust me it's a good movie you will love it
The total body count is five.
The cause of death is....stupidity.
I wonder if this movie would be funnier on a re-watch with that in mind.
WARNING: This is not a happy sing along movie with a perfect hero who saves the day in the end…this is also not "A Piece of Art." This is Riddick it's Muddy, Bloody, Painful and as always FUN!
Best of the two Duane Berry episodes imo. Mulder shows more emotion in this than any other episode so far!
Oh baby, i loved this double episode as a child. And I love it now. The last scene with Mulder and Skinner always gets me. :)
