Gave this one a rewatch and forgot how good it is. Cissi and Josefin are both great in their roles as Millan and Abra but I personally find Gloria so adorable. The soundtrack contains many classics from Ebba Grön and the songs written for the movie by Jimmy Lagnefors are bangers.
I'm a longtime fan of Ulf Malmros work. He might be my favourite Swedish director.
This movie reignited my desires to start/join a band again.
I had no idea Maggie and Finneas are real life mother and son. Worth a watch for the soundtrack and open mic scenes. The movie could be shorter if they purged some of the scenes with the sister and her controlling husband...
Also, Laura's curtain coat is so cool. No wonder people were asking for one.

This did not feel like 1 hour and 40 minutes. Engaging all the way. Great racing and commentary. Some what of a struggle to understand some of the accents.
