“If you look and see nothing… you must simply look harder.” I love Kiku’s bits of wisdom
The opening sequence with the call center is the dumbest thing I've seen in a long time. The second dumbest thing I've seen in a long time was the beekeeper's detonation device rigged to explode by the next call while he was standing with the bomb. How did he survive this long with such stupid devices?
Edit: I spoke way too soon. It just keeps getting dumber every minute. It's one of those movies. I'll try to shut up and enjoy the ride.
Edit2: Now they're just killing innocent people, I guess the Beekeepers is a terrorist organization?
I wanted to like it. It had a lot of good ingredients but didn't seem able to bring it all together and figure out what sort of movie it wanted to be. Comedy was infrequent, action was occasional and drama disjointed. And the ending COULD be interpreted to be setting up for a sequel. It wasnt horrible, but the "what if my family/partner discovered I'm a spy/assassin" sub-genre is getting a bit crowded these days, and this isn't the best rendition.
I don't know, the show is still decent but we continue to just rush through areas / locations way too quickly, I don't feel like there is any danger or threat as they just deal with everything so quickly. I think every episode so far would've benefited by being 10 mins longer
The Ghost Crew. In live-action. My oh my!
It’s My First Time Being Sexpionaged

That Sounds Like A You Problem
INASIAL - I'm not a spy. I'm a lawyer.
After all was said and done in this episode, I'm a bit confused and conflicted. I get that this was supposed to show the toll that war can take on those involved, but the ending seemed very abrupt. There were no consequences for M'Benga in this episode and with only two left in the season, I wonder if they will ever come. I think the individual character focused episodes this season have been great, but this one just felt a bit "off". I still stand by my earlier love of the Clint Howard cameo though. :)
This was another, obviously, amazing episode. It’s like they can’t do anything wrong!
And I can’t believe that Gooding (Uhurua) is only 23. She is an amazing actor and act with such confidence and experience.
And that final scene and handshake had me giddy as a… Trekkie! :vulcan_salute:
Legend has it, that the script took forever to finish. Every time they finished a line, it disappeared
