Wow. This honastly impressed me. It has the closest dialogue to real teens I've seen. I feel like it could've been longer. Some things could've been addressed more profoundly.
As a Romanian I understood the theme here... and I recognize this is meant to be slow on purpose but I've watched it on 1.25x and it was boring on top of that.
Alina and Taro's acting skills are wasted...
I refuse... that end reveal was so stupid. Everyone and their mother should've figured that out. Just say Mira Troy three times fast. It's not even a good anagram. I don't mind female Moriarty, but Moriarty is Sherlock's arch-nemesis not Enola's. Had no business being there in my opinion. Inconsistencies meh...
The problem with this movie is that it was so popular that I wrote it in my head before I even saw it. I did a way better job. It was ok. I'm gonna forget everything about it next week. Harry Styles was not as bad as everyone said.
Jim is my favorite love interest. I don't care much about Pam lol. =))
Alicent's sons are both a lost cause. At least Rhaenyra was keeping hers in check. Honestly I simply do not care who sits on the Iron Throne anymore. Everything goes to shit eventually.

This is a rewatch. I remember watching this when I was little but I didn't remember anything. Why is it so slow? Kids had attention spans back then? I'm not talking about the story, the movie itself. I put it on 1.5 and you can't even tell. I would put it on 2 but Netflix doesn't let me. One thing I can judge 100% with this mentality is the voice acting because I previously watched it dubbed. Props to Hugh Jackman and Isla Fisher. Alec Baldwin and Jude Law were mediocre. Kinda sad, the villain wasn't so good because of that + the design was lacking. Chris Pine...what the fuck? That was bad casting. Jack looks 16 at most. His voice doesn't fit.
The story was cool, tho.
Not great not terrible, the ghost of the Supernatural plot holes is hunting this one. I love the personality change. I'm sure it wasn't on purpose but it helps. =))

When does this show start to become smart? this could be predicted so early. I want the writer's to be 10 steps ahead. I want Daemon to "win", because he has the most presence. All the other are lacking. Why are they bringing up "The prince that was promised"? that premise was fucked way too much in GOT.

Literally not even 2 minutes in and Verstappen is already seen as the bad guy. I am in no way surprised he refused to be in the later seasons. I would take this as a compliment, you have to have some balls to be the villain and the producers knew that. Is this some sort of documentary? I wanted to see the races man. The irony of this with 2022 knowledge. Call me a Verstappen apologist I don't give a single shit.
The dragons are such a power imbalance. The stupidity of the last scene? Why would he do that? I mean I can understand him pretending to surrender, but why did he charge for all those men and THEN call the dragon. In Game of Thrones the dragons seemed to be the equivalent of a nuclear bomb... see season 8. Only the Targaryens have them so... how the fuck are you losing a war? So far I haven't seen one counter for them. There is no way an army of regular men could defeat a dragon. Daemon seems like a one trick pony. He's the bad guy... I don't understand his motivation... He wants to be the king, but he would've been heir a long time ago if he didn't have the thirst for...idk blood? Please the king, be the heir, than poison him. Hell... blame Rhaenyra (make her dragon kill him or something) contest the throne. So far Daemon seems dumb as fuck. I might say he is literally Jon Snow in season 7, but the "evil" version. He needs a hell of a lot of character development... or fuck no, just some character exploration at least. What is his limit? His pride? He should've accepted the help from the King. That shows the kingdom he has the King's blessing. Work with what you can get... This show needs a Tyrion, a Little Finger... someone who thinks three steps ahead.
I thought that was Sevda who shot her with her hair colored. This is way too much drama for nothing. This is like the 3rd time they're baiting her death. it's fine. In don't really care about anyone. Matt Smith was the MVP and I wouldn't have continued without him. 170 something years is way too long for me to even link the original characters to anyone, and believe me I've tried. I'm yet to see a single Stark... They tried to change some things with the lighting or something, but it's either way too dark or way too bright. Most of the wigs are meh.
