One of the best seasons I think.
It was alright. A little bland and definitely too political but decent humor and laughs.
Airs reruns but ended May 11 2023.
If you think this is anything less than a 10 out of 10 you're wrong.
"You are a BALD." - Larry
Cool episode that makes you think about everything you rate.
Basically SpongeBob movie 1 end scene lmao.
"Oh well then it's time to get real." - Finn
Sick soundtrack and the iconic dead song.
Funny and weird like it should be.
"Just let go. You had a good run." - Finn
Well that aged like shit.
One of the earliest episodes I've seen as a kid and kept me guessing on the first watch. Goofy season 2.
A childhood classic. Free cake free cake, no cake no cake.
Why does Mr. Brown sound so chill in this one
THINK BIG. THINK SMART.
The official lore drop of smart Anias and a Cyprus Hill reference.
Another one of the first episodes I watched as a kid :) with a cool fourth wall break. Simple but fun.
One of the first episodes I ever watched as a kid :)
Final Destination reference?
The lighting and effects are so good in this one.
"First I'm fat then you don't like my hair my mother was rightt." - Richard
Didn't know Kayvon was related to Banana Joe but that makes sense.
More lore :)
Superman parody and a Mad Max reference?
Show this episode to someone who hasn't ever seen Gravity Falls before bc this is perfect. S1E3. Should be lol.
"Seems like the kind of thing something a responsible parent wouldn't want you doing. Good thing I'm an uncle!" - Stan
Imaginate song is goated and Gumball turns into the Queen of England tf.
This episode has some really unique effects and a unique story along with it and is awesome.
"Hours and hours of slapping those skins made me the man I am today." - Mr. Small
Darwin's solo was honestly magestical af tho
This episode blew my mind on the first watch lol
I absolutely love the writing in this episode. So much character and infliction and fun voices and faces. I love the references to the pilot in this episode and just how much character this has. As well as the nod to ninja type enemies in the future. A clear rip on Naruto with a ton of really cool effects and feels like they're playing card wars with their attack names. Ez 10/10
Wow this is a lot. Crazy animation, an insane reappearance of an OG, more goofy faces and shots, and an ep centered around Alan that references the pilot!?
"We could rule them like gods. Angry gods." - Jake
"Welp you killed her." - Jake
The first look at Susan which is sick. A classic.
Charlie's gaming laptop cameo :sunglasses:
This episode just feels like the Enchanted Forest ep from season 1. :/
I think some people think this is a filler episode but it's got some GREAT skits and cuts. Very funny one.
Episode goes so hard feel free to watch. So many good clips and details here I can't even list them all. Also Konami Code and Mario star reference. I love that the same background music Tobias uses in his video is the song used when Gumball is possessed by Carrie in The Ghost. Absolutely love this one.
Harry Potter reference with a good cutaway.
Also yes there's a little filler in this but it's funny filter.
"Why is it called a hospital flip."
Insane animation shot music video style that looks amazing.
The voice cast kills it also shout out to Gumball grinding Coach's head and hippie jumping through Donut Cop. This is episode is just so good.
Something straight out of Regular Show, what's not to love! Stripper clowns and hamburgarlars playing to the death on a shitty vr game Mordecai made in his garage.
Too many funny parts and jokes to even explain, you have to just watch this episode again. :)
"Not even Mom and Dad have $100." - Darwin
There's so many good and funny faces in this one omg. Season 5 is something else lol.
Goodbye is definitely a top 3 song it's so good. The Mario and Sonic references are fun. And um Gumball being literally traumatized and believed he had to commit suicide like HUH.
"I can taste sound!" - Darwin
Lol I have an uncle Brain.
"YOU KNOW YOUR BOI GREGORY IS ALL ABOUT HIS MILKSHAKES." - Gregory
This is the Alan getting a Eggplant up his ass alright CN.
"You gotta break them down to build them back up again, then you break them down again then you build up again, then down again then up again, then it's, down down, up up, down, up, then alll the way up, and then a littlee bit down and then you're done!"
Another great Gumball Rube Goldberg and the would you like to go large joke was perfect.
Darwin gets used as a pencil sharpener. Tf, this ep is crazy.
There's a bunch of cool references here; The Shining, Up/Pixar, etc
A throwaway ending I think is what makes this a little forgettable but rewatching it it's honestly so funny and full of character. Darwin's song is a classic.
This is the greatest thing ever.
One of the moments that PB speaks German.
This is a classic girl ep. Also Marcy rocks the hairstyle lol.
"But no tongue." - Marceline
