Disappointing movie. Younger Will Smith looks really unnatural for most of the film. All the fight scenes between Will Smith and his younger self look awful, the fights are really sped up (almost like someone hit x2 playback speed) and when the two Smiths interact with each other it looks outright terrible.
For anyone who watched the show before it aired on the BBC the three episodes were merged into two when they showed it hence why there are three episodes.
Why is Season 02 marked as specials with wrong air dates? We have a Season 02 now which is airing but it's not properly listed on Trakt! Someone please fix this mistake.
Want to watch a super high paced/ over the top movie then this is for you. The movie is full of fun ludicrous fights, movie references and is just pure fun to watch. Honestly a really underrated action movie in my opinion.
Before I talk about the effects (which are without doubt amazing) I really want to say what a good job they did of expanding this series world, the changes they made from the movie really created a deeper depth to the story and characters. Explaining the law of the world, the inhabitants and how all the events/ characters are connected is what really sold me on this series (something I think the movie originally lacked in my opinion). Overall I highly enjoyed and was raring to play the next episode after the previous had finished, can't wait for season 2 to come (hopefully doesn't take to long to produce).
Honestly don't waste your time watching this documentary. The documentary only really looks at anime that Netflix has produced (this documentary is basically a 58 minute ad for Netflix anime) and doesn’t really give a proper prospective of anime or Japanese culture at all, so much of this documentary feels so awkward/ cringe with over the top music or unnecessary scenes.
Honestly rather disappointing! Was hoping to find out Doctor Strange or the Wakandan princess had done something to the two infinity stones that give them the ability to undo the events but in the end they just use time travel. Felt like a cheap/ stupid solution with no backbone to it.
