This episode is dedicated to everyone whose "Sucky Mom (or Dad) game is strong"..... Expect the worst, but, never give up hope.... Sometimes, people can surprise us and do something completely beyond our expectations. But, if all else fails, it helps to have a "pimp hand" like Fox.
Well, we all knew there could "be only one", so, if you've gotta go out...., go out like a BOSS, saving your friends and the Universe. "Always meant to be together...., but, never meant to be".... Damn allergies..., sniffle...
Bolo "Ash" Killum..... TitanMaster! ... Gonna Kill em all, gonna kill em ALL!!!!! ( Yes, we HEARD him Jeremy....)
Next season cannot get here soon enough..... Chookitty Pah!
I always thought I couldn't enjoy any movie /tv series where female characters are protagonist's. [Cough] She- Hulk [/cough] and thought something is wrong with me for not being able to enjoy stuff with women lead. Now I know there is nothing wrong with me , its just that I look for quality content.
Mizu and akemi are the best written character I have seen in a long time. Now we know how to write a strong female characters without insulting male characters.
Sad thing!!!!
Bruce Lee will kick the show producers, why put gay stuff in this serie?
I love the gay actors and have nothing to do with sexual choices, but fill this time period with gay people is *Very Clever" and "Very profound".
Another serie that I did stop watching.
WTF, they butchered the characters and the family dynamic. Is it too much to ask to have a family that isn't totally f***ing dysfuncrional on TV these days?
Like all Hollywood productions today, the man need to be rescue by the powerful and empowered woman, what a cliche! In this episode the Mandalorian becomes a dummy, clumsy and stupid so Bo Katan can save him not once but twice and of course launch Bo Katan series I bet. Bad writing and worse delivery.
Once again the most interesting part of this whole fucking show is the stuff that gets the least amount of time. I could not care less about the sitcom shtick and I wish they would stop ripping off other shows when it serves little purpose except to make this all ridiculous when it could've been so much better.
In the movie Far From Heaven, you get this practically picturesque town and home life of a housewife in Connecticut. It's gorgeous and full of colors and 50s/60s "retro", what have you. It looks so perfect and lovely yet hides all sorts of ugliness underneath the perfect veneer of "All American Dream". Imagine that kind of set up but with horror and mindfuckery and that could've been THIS FUCKING SHOW.
Each episode continues to disappoint.
Each episode shows me how this would have been better served in a binge-watch (if they ever fucking do anything with the reveal).
Each episode annoys me with a pointless, obnoxious laugh track.
And each episode has me not giving a single damn about this couple or buying into any of their "chemistry" or love. This relationship was developed completely offscreen, and now I'm just supposed to believe they are some shining example of True Love because Marvel clearly wants Young Avengers? Nope. Not happening. I demand better writing and pacing, thank you.
Olsen and Bettany are very talented and capable actors in other projects but here, I can't buy anything between them.
The pacing is just painful and not at all suspenseful. There's tension and then there's annoying the shit out of your audience. This show is the latter.
This show continues to be the epitome of "my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined".
Hey Zach, not every action scene needs slow motion. For fucks sake
Black vikings? Never seen that before
This'll go the way of John Carter.
Massive info dump at the start. Cringy dialogue throughout. Every introduction to a new member is the same. Too many things just happen to go just right to make the good guys look good. Like the bird horse thing. It knocks him off and happens to fly in front of him just right for him to jump back on. In slow motion. Which this movie also has a lot of. I'm sure this would be 20 minutes shorter if everything was shown in real time. Also, why does Charlie Hunnam have that horrible Irish adjacent accent?
My favourite genre is scifi fantasy but between this, the Creator and Avatar, I'm getting really tired of being dissapointed.
God the acting is atrocious.
MARVELlous!!!…
But does it feels like they overused peggy?maybe a little bit?
Anyways a great series finale…
looking forwards towards the kahhori character…really interesting…
Did anyone else find this episode a let down compared to the previous. Hmmmm It kinda felt dull. hmmm
A full writers room thinks that state of the art surface to air missiles are just delivered by some random trucker completely by himself.
4 episodes in and I'm still unsure if I like it or not. It moves along at snail's pace. Bass Reeves doesn't believe in wasting time talking, so he doesn't say a whole lot.
Update: Watched episode 5 and that's me done... can't take it anymore
3/10
MODERATION EDIT: Be respectful.
Please kill Debbie off already, I can’t stand her moping.
More woke, less quality story telling. They are trying to hard to appeal to the few. Boys is better.
Sick to death of all these mandos and girlbosses running around, they should go back to the "mandalorian with no name" premise if they do another season.
Damn, it took till now to show a gay scene. Really surprised it wasn't within first five minutes of episode 1.
I don't understand why WARCOM had to be bribed by Horn if the order to test the drug was legal ? Because if they are not involved, there is not any cover up needed...
Smith is just getting so annoying to watch, she's ruining the show for me she is always able to escape everything and I hate her whole act, and acting. Hope they kill her off the show soon so I can start enjoying it more. She should have ended in season 1
Floki’s storyline is incredibly boring and he’s become way less fun than he was before. Maybe he just matured but I miss the old Floki.
I see many people here complaining that the message of this episode was blatantly obvious and simple, but I don't really think that is the point of the episode.
In my interpretation, this episode was mainly here to tell a story of a tragic character that does immoral things out of desperation whilst also showing glimpses of humanity in his actions, which in no way justify his actions. Similarly, they try to humanise each and every side of this story. Even the big CEO of the company that arguably does a lot of social evil has his big humanising moment, where he admits that it all spun out of control, and I think we can all relate to that.
There is no evil character. It is all a complex web that creates evil, and the point, as I see it, was not to bash into the heads of people to not text and drive, or to stop using social media, but simply to tell a story. A story that utilises the all-consuming technology in our society, and I think it does that job fantastically. It is suspenseful, layered, and incredibly moving.
Can't believe all of the negative comments. This was a beautifully shot, well thought out story. Everything in it had a purpose. And that final shot was the clincher. This was a story about the human spirit.
Awful, Netflix / American influence has ruined once a great show. No more suspense and intrigue, just half baked ideas and crude bottom of the barrel shock scenes
"Baby, yesterday is what eats everybody. That's why I don't think about it."
I have no idea why I am still watching Yellowstone. Just one of those things where you watch the first seasons and feel obligated to watch the next ones. This show has lost its edge and the story has lost the plot. This usually seems to happen about season 4 or 5 in a series, but I had hoped it wouldn’t happen here. This season is getting really really slow, I would expect this from the first 2 episodes but we are on the 5th episode and I fell like nothing happened in it story-wise at all. I feel like I could have skipped this episode and wouldn't have missed anything. l find myself wanting to fast-forwarding through parts.
I can't get past how ridiculous that dinner scene was. Nobody in Summer's situation would act like that, not even the most self-righteous and obnoxious vegan/vegetarians. Summer's not 12 years old, I'm sure she has being in a place where meat is served to non-vegetarians before so it would not be some shocking, novel experience where she'd experience uncontrollable outrage. And does the Dutton house not have vegetables in their kitchen? I'd expect it from people with a personal chef.
Another potentially good character fed to Beth so they can keep writing her this way since this show is a love letter to her. Summer could be a good character that challenges the view of the main characters which could make for a compelling objective more balanced thematic narrative but now she has become worthless as an character and will fall into oblivion like Jamie. A person with that many years of BJJ training would absolutely beat the living out of Beth but this was just another “liberals are weak and whiny” trope we constantly see in this show.
Why are the writers making Beth a caricature at this point? All her lines are written to be Instagram captions and she's shown 0 growth. A character whose only lines are punchlines is not a well written character. Beth is a 40something professional, married woman acting this way? It's so ridiculously over the top.
John's dialog in the scene with Rip was weird to me. How does he see Beth as being "free" when she's just a petulant child who doesn't suffer any consequences for her immature actions.
When is Jamie gonna stand up for himself?
The end was too corny/cringe to me. All characters acting as if they are going off to combat or something when they're just gonna go brand some cattle.
This episode felt a little meager for an episode close to the end of the season.
Monica has to be the most annoying, aggravating character in recent TV history. She’s a damn buzzkill every episode. Always annoyed with every member of the Dutton clan. Was back on the ranch a day and is already wanting to leave. Her storyline/character development is pretty bad. She has zero value to this show, even if they cut her now she would not be remembered by the next new episode, that's how boring I see her character.
The reveal of what Jamie did to Beth better be mind blowing because I've had enough of them beating around the bush about it.
So the Dutton ranch is basically just the mob and I love it. Rip sticking up for Jimmy was great. It feels like some plot points aren't being fully fleshed out but overall this is a good show so far. Also poor Tate keeps finding himself in danger lol.
Worst episode by far and is every character in a show these days homosexual?
Thanks for reminding me again why I hate children. What a moron she is.
