So the Dutton ranch is basically just the mob and I love it. Rip sticking up for Jimmy was great. It feels like some plot points aren't being fully fleshed out but overall this is a good show so far. Also poor Tate keeps finding himself in danger lol.
Well I finally got around to watching the first episode and it's pretty good. Hope this "Beth" character doesn't ruin the show. Insufferable.

Do yourself a favor, read the wonderful world Tolkien left behind instead. Many interesting stories and lore Tolkien left for us, only to be forgotten.
This show serves as yet another reflection of television and movies made in 2022 without feeling like middle earth at all. Years from now we will look back and laugh at how pathetic woke movies and television shows where when we noticed we always had great movies with characters of all backgrounds and gender identities without having to smother people with it. I'd even argue shows like these are going to be seen as pandering and destructive in the near future.
1/10
It will take billion dollar failures like this for the tide to turn on wokeness.
Blimey, I went in with already low expectations, but "The Rings of Power" falls short of even those & is a train wreck.
It will take an entire day to point out all of the flaws in this abomination. I'm done.
Bezos & Amazon squandered a billion dollars on this mess.
Worst episode by far and is every character in a show these days homosexual?
With this episode they went full on with the woke trash. In addition it was excruciatingly boring. The only skill the Hollywood hacks has nowadays is to take a show with potential and totally ruin it... every f... time.
I don't understand why WARCOM had to be bribed by Horn if the order to test the drug was legal ? Because if they are not involved, there is not any cover up needed...
“Means he had the shot, Layun.”
My first thought when finding a fire extinguisher in a burning building is to use it to actually extinguish some of the fire, but not Michaela, she'll use it to break a lock, then throw it away. WTF! Olive tripping while trying to leave the club was cheesy as fuck, too.
Black vikings? Never seen that before
How dare Mike & Will use that tone to ask what El did, bitch deserved it #ElDidNothingWrong #GirlBoss
That’s right. Bully’s get stitches. Should’ve hit her harder.
Thanks for reminding me again why I hate children. What a moron she is.
I've been looking forward to Hawkeye for years. From the cut scene to his time in Japan at the end of one of the movies I figured it'd be a darker take on the character. Kinda like Arrow, when it was good. But sadly it's not that - it's a very Disney like take. I've not seen any Disney+ shows. So I was very disappointed. I'd loved all the Netflix ones.
That taken into account and recalibrating my expectations. I love Christmas theme stuff, so a big check there for the first (unexpected) one of the year. It's an easy watch so I'll continue. But glad it's only 6 episodes.
It's also always a shame they don't cast female characters who look like they train in the arts they're supposed to be well versed in.
I love this as a satire of "The Feminist Agenda", in a way. But it also reminds me why I kind of just… stopped watching this show.
Really enjoyed the first 6 episodes of the show, but this episode just annoyed me. So many feminist lies are pushed in this episode, and it's ridiculous. Hope this isn't a trend from this point on.
I'm crying and laughing at the same time, how this is possible?
[Netflix] As subtle as a reggaeton song. A road-movie that does not move from the same place, stretching the excesses with unnecessary flashbacks, determined to construct supposedly impressive dialogues that are actually road bar phrases. It offers a message of denunciation that is lost between tits and buttocks, a cynicism that claims the empowerment of women while it brings her to her knees.
“Me? I’m just a nobody, a shy girl, nobody notices me, I listen to alt music (billie eilish), wear flannels and converse (dr martens too), but it turns out I’m also the most powerful and beautiful girlie in the whole planet and every man wants me and every woman envies me” 2021’s Bella Swan, I hate that trope so much!!! I haven’t watch many fantasy shows recently but the last I’ve watched even tho there was some ingenuity to the lead girlie, she was also a little bit less Jughead like, I think the last fantasy show I watched was Shadowhunters and Clarie was also new to the fantasy world but was a little more confident? (Not a great comparison cause that show was bad, but my point is less bella swan vibes and more alice or rosalie vibes!)
And I also feel like this Mal guy is holding her back, like why would you want to prevent your friend for living her best life at a palace? Let her be!
Inej is my fave character so far!
This show doenst pull their punches, do they? Jesus, that was hard to watch from the first minute to the last.
While I appreciate they showing all the horror that happened there, the second scene of the Animal Control, with the puppies, was just plain cruel and just for shocking. They showed all was this about in the first scene; it was brutal but bearable, and we understood what was happening.
But the puppies man COME ON.
I finished it 20 minutes ago, and I'm just laying here hugging my dogs lmao
Smith is just getting so annoying to watch, she's ruining the show for me she is always able to escape everything and I hate her whole act, and acting. Hope they kill her off the show soon so I can start enjoying it more. She should have ended in season 1
Every 3 minutes something goes wrong, every 5 minutes the mom has a solution, every 2 minutes after that the problem is solved. Rinse-repeat.
WTF, they butchered the characters and the family dynamic. Is it too much to ask to have a family that isn't totally f***ing dysfuncrional on TV these days?
First two episodes were campy yet enjoyable. Third episode just jumped the shark...smh. so bad so very bad
This episode is dedicated to everyone whose "Sucky Mom (or Dad) game is strong"..... Expect the worst, but, never give up hope.... Sometimes, people can surprise us and do something completely beyond our expectations. But, if all else fails, it helps to have a "pimp hand" like Fox.
Well, we all knew there could "be only one", so, if you've gotta go out...., go out like a BOSS, saving your friends and the Universe. "Always meant to be together...., but, never meant to be".... Damn allergies..., sniffle...
Bolo "Ash" Killum..... TitanMaster! ... Gonna Kill em all, gonna kill em ALL!!!!! ( Yes, we HEARD him Jeremy....)
Next season cannot get here soon enough..... Chookitty Pah!
Floki’s storyline is incredibly boring and he’s become way less fun than he was before. Maybe he just matured but I miss the old Floki.
