Sorry but f:asterisk_symbol:ck that bunny doll, you don’t go back for that shit if this is happening in real life.
Good movie with an eerie ending. It reminded me of IT and Stranger Things with that eighties vibe and a group of kids at the center of it all. Surprised me with that unsettling ending and I certainly didn't think Woody was going to die!
Even before it was aired people already had given a bad review, so I gave it 10 to even the score.
It's a very slow crime/drama and the acting is not what I've been used to see from Showtime, maybe it's me not seeing the actors fit the role, I don't know. For me it would be a 7/10 because if at 7m in I was looking for my phone by the end of it I was interested enough to go back to that 7m and pay a bit more attention. I hope this shows gets better. But I reckon won't appeal to many.
What a great movie! What movies should be like. This needs to be viewed in theaters! Highly recommend.
Having been around for the 1st top gun I was afraid about this one. But it did not disappoint I heard people say it's better than the original... Well it definitely is!! The casting of Rooster is amazing. Also seeing Val Kilmer again brought a tear to my eye. What a movie and the music of Hans Zimmer is epic as always!!
Coming back from cinema and all i have to say is that is one of the best sequels i have ever watched. It was a unique experience watching this in cinema because everything worked in a perfect way from great directing to a well made script. It will probably make you feel emotional during it's time and you are going for sure to feel the nostalgy.Sorry for my bad English i am not in a perfect level but don't miss this one it's a little bit of a masterpiece.
8.7/10
It is agood movie, but MAN! I hated Richard Williams, he is so maddening that I just wanted him to shut up. I kind of understand why he was like that, after all he suffered a lot. The most comic part was when he told his daughters that one day they'd buy a lot of beds and wouldn't have to share beds with their sisters (and I thought, well if you hadn't had FIVE daughters living with not enough money they wouldn't have had to share beds).
that would never happen to me i don't visit even friends who live a subway station away
I loved the first movie as a kid. This one was everything I thought it would have been. They definitely had some nods to the first movie. I liked that. It had me on the edge of my seat most of the time. I would def re-watch this over and over like I did as a kid.
Nails the 80's vibe, has a decent story, and has a good cast of kids. Very enjoyable, and while the ending will prove divisive amongst many, I give full kudos to the director's for taking such an unexpected and dark turn . Thoroughly recommended.
if you hit your head against the wall a few time before and after this movie then the movie itself becomes a nice experience in comparison
I'm still confused about the difference of remake and reboot. But reboots are usually those ones which got nothing in common with what you you like and often the name is the only common thing.
At least remakes are tyring, but failing most of the time.
