i really don't know why the votes here are so low for the series.
i just finished the first episode and thought it was freakin excellent. astounding worldbuilding in the Pilot, which isn't an easy feat to accomplish.
i am VERY excited to watch more and i cannot wait for next week

again begging @Trakt to do something about these before-release reviews.
this has 95% critics rating and 100% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes, yet it's 30% here on Trakt?
non-spoiler initial thoughts
this show is AMAZING!
super well-written, tight paced, really great music selection, visuals, acting, etc
there is ACTUAL character growth and complexity in this show, so if the basic romeo and juliet storyline for the first two episodes seems kinda meh just know that it goes WAY deeper than that as the show progresses
there are some pretty complex character and storyline interactions here and they're all excellently done
this show, well... it is what it is!
also, it is not what it's not. it's not Lost. the show itself is kinda lame but the overall story is fun
i rated it 6/10 but i am still enjoying it :)
if you have the extra time and aren't searching for the best show ever made i'd say give this show a fair chance :)
