This was really good... odd at times, but very good.
The graveyard 'sex scene' was stupid, unnecessary and could have been removed, but everything else was good. Nice sorta twist at the end. Good soundtrack too
9.5/10
loved how it was put together and that it gave plenty of background and context throughout in smaller details. was not as crazy as the internet made it seem, but everything was definitely crazy.. some plots were a bit predictable but still had me questioning myself.
What a sad movie.
No one captures vibes like Sofia Coppola.
Really enjoyed the scope and focus of this, every single shot besides the second to last is from the POV of Priscilla.
Sofia does an incredible job at setting and capturing the mood while subverting the expectation of that mood at the same time.
Knockout performances by Cailee Spaeny and Jacob Elordi here. Beautifully shot and set and not to mention the incredible musical direction.
Not going to be for everyone and some may find it a bore, but if you give in to it, it will repay you.

I loved everything about this film. Without revealing anything, the ending leaves simply stunned if it captures the poetry behind. Maguire and Gyllenhaal are fantastic in their parts. Touching as few, I believe that in the face of certain emotions, director, screenplay and various technicalities fade into the background.
I could give it 9 but it's deserve 10 because of the amazing performance from the whole Cast
that's so sad for real and make you understand that all are good people but they suffered somehow and that's why that had those arguments
Tobey Maguire you really deserve a Oscar for this movie
this was epic specially the ending scene
We all have hidden Sad stories..
Even Bully Maguire had his moments huh... SERIOUSLY, Tobey and Jack both gave wonderful performances. Specially the scene where Tommy flips always gives me goosebumps....
A sprawling, fantastic love story told with stunning production and subtle craft. Don’t skip the big screen experience on one of the greatest filmmakers to ever do it.
It is stunningly amazing movie, loved the fantasy elements and how they were portraited. The two main actors were really good in their roles. The love story might not be for everyone I guess but I really enjoyed it. It was not that random as people say. And in a way it is a happy ending so kudos for that.
Beautiful in every detail, Tilda and Idris delivering an astonishing performance by simply talking about what love really is.
Just saw Blonde at the Festival de Deauville in presence of Ana de Armas and Andrew Dominik. The film was great and Ana in particular was incredible. Her performance as Marilyn Monroe is breathtaking. ANA DE ARMAS IS COMING FOR THAT OSCAR!!!
I've never read the book but I'm sure going to. What a movie. It was strong and the scenery was amazing. I won't be shocked if it gets an Oscar nomination too
The way her fierce fight for survival against neglect, judgement, and loneliness was portrayed hit right in the feels beautifully
Excellent movie, especially the last 15 seconds.
Mia isaac as Rowan is spectacular. Enjoyed the storyline but also i get mad second hand embarrassment so i had to skip over some parts. I couldn't handle it. costuming on Zoey Deutch was so good. Also Caroline Calloway being in this truly sent me. The fact that she was the moderator for the online shaming support group??? DEAD. LMFAO.
Mia Isaac (Rowan) absolutely nailed it she was the best thing in this movie! Her speeches were so moving and inspiring. Zoey and Dylan were great also. The story was good overall and I liked the conclusion. The comedy doesn't work at all though I think this would of been better off as a drama. Didn't really feel like I wanted to laugh anyway sinse this has some serious topics and the main character is unlikable.
movie has practically no plot until 1h 30m into the movie but the last 30 minutes r so eventful. also has anyone noticed that harry looks like young leonardo dicaprio in some scenes?
gwennnnnn :(
It's a real mess.
The plot seems an afterthought. There is an immediate u-turn at the beginning that reduces everything to a cliche. A new character is introduced just to give us a villain. Another is introduced just to give us a nemesis.
And the last 20 minutes tries to set up a 3rd instalment when there is little appetite to even see how this film ends...
I'd put it as worse than Maguire's 3rd as it is just so patchy. But Garfield's Spiderman is a far superior version than Maguire's.
Had this not been a mess, a 3rd Garfield would have been interesting.
5.75/10
logically I know that there are many things wrong with this movie (and the series as a whole). emotionally, however, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are the only things keeping me afloat. I don’t think a superhero movie has ever made me cry more than this one.
therefore, my brain says no but my heart says yes
The concept of the movie is very unique and original (to me at least), I truly enjoyed watching every minute of it. Every aspect of it was very well done and it really gets you thinking the entire time. Not to mention the chemistry between Ewan and Eva is insanely amazing and beautiful. It has you hooked till literally the very last second of the film.
Good movie, the performances during the deaf stage are exceptional. Probably some of the best scenes Eva Green ever had.
One of my favourite films of the last decade.
It's not perfect but it's got so much charm and heart to it that I absolutely love it!
The cast have great chemistry, with several putting in performances that are super memorable. And anything with Oliver Platt in it gets a bump in rating.
The food is beautiful and the music is sensational.
The small drawbacks - casting Sofia Vergara and Scarlett Johansson as love interests is a stretch in credibility (well I would if I could too right?), the first 50 mins over stays its welcome by a few mins before the second half goes supernova.
The criticism I see for Twitter etc. I can't gel with that. The social media and the son is one of the best parts of the film.
Find me a film with as touching a story as this because we all need a little 'pick me up' like this in our lives.
9/10

I selected this title from an ad displayed on my Roku. I had no idea what it was. This is a real tearjerker! I am glad I took the time to watch this movie. All of the actors did well. They were believable in all of their roles. Thank you to Fisher Stevens for giving us this hidden gem!
