So, now I think I hate Dean too. Talk about baggage! Rory is is turning into one big trainwreck, which is very frustrating.
Phil and Claire will always be one of my favorite TV couples, even if they are absolutely unrealistic.
Asia is a wonderful queen with a huge kind heart, but running after Vixen is not anybody's job. I thought that was terrible. It was annoying during the season, and it is still annoying now that it is over.
I am sorry to see that Blair talked so little, I like her so much!

I fall more and more in love with Kim Chi at every episode, but I had to say I really could have slapped Acid Betty at some point there. Thorgy was great and I'm surprised she didn't win, because I loved her performance and look both! I really disliked Laila, not impressed with Dax, looooooved Naomi's runway, and I don't think Acid Betty's nice looks can make up for her awful personality at all, but at least she tries. Gigi is an amazing dancer, but her runway was sooo boring... a little sad, really. The others. eh, just disappeared to the background.
As for the elimination: truly, is anyone even surprised? If you can't lipsync I Will Survive, your gay/drag subscription needs to be revoked ASAP.
For once, it ended exactly as it should have. Everyone was wonderful!
This episode featuring the impact of gender roles in education was just brilliant. I'm impressed Disney has brought this up at all, considering how very fond of gender stereotypes their shows tend to be. I just loved this little feminist note on the show. Very sweet.
I am biting my tongue here, because Aquaria was amazing today! Though my favorite look of them all was certainly Miz Cracker's Martian look, which I found so entertaining to just look at. Still, I am in love with Blair's style, I wish I had each and every one of her outfits in my own closet! I would hire her to be my personal stylist could I afford what she deserves, haha.
I laughed way too much while watching this, best episode in the season so far!

Seriously? Most people from outside the U.S. are familiar with American holidays, be it Columbus Day or Martin Luther day, or the biggest of all, Thanksgiving. But even though I have studied in an American university and have tons of American friends, I had never before heard of Juneteenth. The underrepresentation of the holiday seems pretty obvious. I think it must be very bold for the show to reivindicate it, and they did it beautifully. If there is one flaw to it, it is that they set an incredibly high bar for the rest of the season, the episode was amazing! And definitely very educational. Also, I loved Aloe Blacc's participation as a guest, he is a fantastic musician!
The season started really great, and after that it was a steady, steady decline...

Aah, now we're getting back on track! I am very happy with this episode.
And to think I began this season hating on Trinity, now I really love her! And Peppermint, who was my first favorite is still standing strong too (and I don't think the fabric critique was fair, as I think questionable fabric choices and bad cuts are part of her brand, according to what has been presented in previous runways, hahaha).
Once more I'm left annoyed at the bottom two though. 3rd bottom escaped AGAIN, that's three weeks of underwhelming performances in a role with no a lipsync. I feel she's been favored over queens that had more interesting things to show, and I don't understand why.
Is there anyone excited for this revenant queen, really? I don't think so. She had a wonderful second chance and she... completely faded into the background. Bad wig, bad outfits, bad performances. Girl, you should've stayed home!
On a more pleasant note, this was quite a fun episode! We've got a lot from Thorgy and Robbie, and now both are in my heart, along with my favorite, my darling Kim Chi. I'm still quite fond of Naomi and Bob, and I still think Cynthia is the nicest person, but she really isn't delivering, nor is Derrick... which is disappointing, because we all know she has it, she didn't become the best Britney impersonator for nothing, right?
They should really fire whoever is responsible for Ashley Rickard's make-up, it's been terrible for too long already!
Also, Sadie = best character.
I'm ok with where the show is going and all, but Jenna's excessive make-up keeps distracting me. It's... just not good.
So many entertaining queens, on and off stage. Although I feel like a grumpy old person being introduced to Tiktok and modern day social media.
The ending gimmick was very charming, quite up to the story told.
I got zero Y2K fashion from MSTR. Underwhelming, honestly. The Other Girls were a bit better, but really, so much to explore. It was underdone for everyone.
Once upon a time, Trinity was so focused on winning, she thought of everyone as an enemy, even if she was never plain evil as we've seen some other queens to be. But now I guess she managed to find room not to only to focus on winning but also enjoy the ride. And her presence just vecame one of the overall best in the room. Great real off-stage personality that only improves her drag persona.
Jinxx should be barred from Snatch Game. She is TOO GOOD.
Having your walk evaluated by Naomi Campbell is something that really could have only happened in this season of All Stars. Only a true professional, cool headed, experienced queen could walk in front of Naomi and not break under the pressure. Beginner queens would have fallen, would have been stuck in their own anxiety. The fact they all performed, and most did well, and even great is a credit to themselves. It was incredible to watch, and a lovely feature! The best moment in the episode.
Let's face it, this episode was pretty disappointing. I'm ok with the winner, I think she did great, and especially, she was one of the few who at least got something that I would actually call disco-looking (Tamisha was another).
These girls know less about disco than my white straight Brazilian dad. That made the segment completely soulless. Like, they were into the performance, but not into the content, and it showed. I'm not even old enough for disco, but still, I feel like it could have been a lot more interesting.
Well. I'm VERY upset.
This is getting surprising even for people who have read the books! I appreciate that. What is the fun in watching a mystery if you already the twists? I mean, I expect the culprits will be the same, but new layers are being added to this story.
Although I think we will miss Stevie's arc with Kat and catching up with his past in Hudson street. A pity, since he is the narrator of the novel Angel of Darkness!

Near the end, after things go back to normal and they are walking to school, how come Koshiro and Kaga have their umbrellas open and it's raining on them, but Ayumi has her umbrella closed, and not a single drop around her? Then, when she talks to Kaga in private, why does he leave her with his umbrella and goes out running into the rain, when she has got one of her own?!
