Now THAT'S how to make an EPIC finale!! The greatest achievement of this show so far is that it finally made me care about Middle Earth lore, which the movies never did. Also having a STELLAR score and being the BEST looking show on tv can't hurt haha. Can't wait for next season already!!

Same, movies never caught me, but this show is packed with action every episode and no Frodo so that’s a plus

@mosdepo That's a great point. I loved the Jackson movies, but they never made me want to live and breathe the lore like this show does.
What was the point of the season?
I learnt nothing new.

@boolalanga Firstly, not everyone is you. I learned a lot about this case as I tried my hardest to ignore it when it was in the news.
Secondly, it was really smart recasting a story about the most powerful man on Earth as the story of four women involved.
The point was the point that got the US four years of Trump: nobody cares about a man doing bad things, and that is more relevant now than ever.
