As a newbie to the world of Vivienne Medrano, I have to say I wasn't expecting to love this show as much as I do. I'm so glad we're getting at least 3 more seasons of this, cause this was amazing in every aspect. Now, while waiting for Season 2, I guess I should check out Helluva Boss?

After seeing all the hype for this, seeing the endless praise for it on the internet hailing it as a masterpiece, I wanted to like this show so much. This season starts off strong, and the first 4 episodes are pretty good with each episode being better than the last, enough to make me think this would be another "Arcane" for me, but unfortunately the quality starts declining with Episode 5 and never rises back up. The final episode is painfully boring and almost makes everything seem pointless in the name of setting things up for more seasons. Besides the beautiful art, animation, and a couple fight scenes, why is this show deemed a masterpiece?

Was not expecting this show to be so good, I binged it in one sitting. I need Season 2 ASAP.

Worth slogging through Season 2 for.

Terribly boring and somewhat pointless season with only one good episode.

The first two episodes are eh, but the last two hooked me enough that I will be watching Season 2. I hope it keeps getting better from here.

I was unsure with the first episode, but this season was surprisingly very good!

This season was way better than I remember. A great opening theme song, a fantastic fight scene in Episode 7, and some really great character moments/development all around.

Now what I do remember clearly is dropping the show in Volume 5 because it was boring, but I hope I'm wrong about that as well.
