Of course that fucker Bakuto is alive. I hate him so much. He's an awfully weak villain and the actor who plays him definitely didn't go in the right direction with his performance. It's like he was aiming for the Charismatic Bad Guy, only he's yet to show any actual charisma. I want to roll my eyes whenever this guy is on screen.
So we got all the people that the Defenders care about in one room and they didn't interact with each other? That's bullshit.
I don't like how the others ganged up on Matt because of Elektra. Tone down that holier-than-thou attitude. You all have your secrets. And it's not like any of you would've acted differently if you were in his situation.
The overhead shot of Elektra curling up on Matt's bed surrounded by gray with her red costume spilling out from underneath her coat looked like some kind of a baroque painting. I would totally frame it and hang it on a wall in my living room. It was exquisite.
Amazing ending to a lukewarm season, but it so radically ripped apart the fabric of Rick and Morty themselves that I can't help but fear future episodes are just going to jump over it, going back to being episodical and care about what happened here only when they make another Canon delivery.
Also make Mr. Poopybutthole happy, seeing him like that was an extra knife to the heart.
Flash's new opening:
"My name is Barry Allen, and I'm not the fastest man alive. To the outside world, I'm the fucker of past timelines, but secretly, with the help of my friends at the S.T.A.R. Labs museum, I train Kid Flash to be faster and fight metahumans like us. In an attempt to stop the evil speedster Savitar, I supposely didn't lock him up in the speedforce as I should've, and I saw him murder the woman that I love. But I won't screw it up this time. I'm going to take a step back and let Wally do the work, because I am the only one fast enough to screw it. Iris is screwed"
I liked it. It was better than the first half. One of this Doctor's best episodes. The only thing I didn't like was the laser shoes.
Another 5 minutes of this and I'm gonna be mad! It's not my fault this is happening!
Rory's prison break scene was great!!
I'm so glad Monty got the best happy ending he could hope for. He deserved it so much. It felt bittersweet but it couldn't have went better - He could live with Harper in peace, have a family and die at an old age :')
This whole scene at the end would've been a perfect series finale. Guess we'll see the humans from that other ship on the new planet, but I hope the next season won't be immediately about starting a war with them. Instead I would like to see new animals or creatures and them building a civilization there. Of course conflicts will be unavoidable (we're still on The CW here), but please don't repeat the same storyline we've had multiple times by now.
And I hope "End Book One" doesn't mean this show will have 10+ seasons because they haven't really been brimming with original ideas lately, so I would rather have an actual ending at some point instead of a never-ending show.
They did….. what…. They did the episode that ….. I am at a lost for words …. That was like unexpectedly watching end game ….. wtf
The series start very well developing the characters but the last episodes really bring the awesome factor to the show. Vicent D'Onofrio playing Fisk is absolutely brilliant, what a performance. Great season. Can't wait for more.
Pike saved Octavia more than once to try and redeem himself. Warrior Princess wannabe had to kill him anyway. She f'd one grounder so that makes her Xena ?
Solid episode nevertheless.
IT'S THE BLOODY HOUND. GIVE HIM HIS CHICKEN!
Great episode.
Was great to see the Blackfish. And Lady Mormont. Massive respect. Showed 10 times more potential than Tommen did or ever will.
That Arya moment what the fuck. I knew something was gonna happen. Please no. I'm going on a riot if something happens to Arya. Writers please. No :|
Was kinda annoyed with Sansa shitting on Davos like that :/
Overall giving this week an 8/10. It was good, but not outstanding.
Based on the promo there's no way Jamie can take on Brienne xD
If only we lived in an alternate universe where Iris actually died last season.
I wasn't too excited about this episode when I read the synopsis. I mean, I like flashbacks, but after last episode's big reveal, I wanted to move forward with the story and see what was going to happen next. That being said, I really loved the way our characters crossed paths with each other. Whether it was Lucifer sensing Chloe's presence 5 years before properly meeting her, or Officer Decker facing Charlotte and winning, I thought the way they incorporated it into the story was very clever. Also, Lucifer starting a car because he can "turn anything on" was hilarious and brilliant.
This end was kinda of a mess.... What the hell happened here?! Between finding who's who and what's the anomaly, they lost me altogether...
The show had its ups and downs through its season, but the final two episodes were game changers and made up for every little bad thing. The show is amazing and can't wait for next season.
I don’t get the Cara Delevingne hate. More tolerable than Amy Schumer.
Great episode. I might need to do an Aliens marathon.
I like how they're trying to make the Sand Snakes more interesting (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers cof* cof*). Cersei, you´re almost there, walk the walk Queen Mother!
Every time I see Kane, I can't help but think of Desmond and how I miss his accent in Lost.
human body can literally withstand so much shit.
as seen in this episode, it's terrific, horrific and shocking to see them willingly accept a fucking radioactive duty which can fuck their life up pretty good but the KFuckingGB won't take international help. what a fucked up world. we need better international relationship across the globe to survive in such catastrophic events.
Humanity must strive for a better world from every small aspect to survive as a species
fucking make the whole world pop a tab of LSD and melt into oneness
Whoever talks shit about Monty deserves to be hit lbh.
One of the best episodes ever made! Amazing!
So, is Westworld the official Prequel to Altered Carbon now?
How come there's 7 votes to something that wasn't even released yet?! The rating system should only be available after release.
I am all in. This is the character Bell is meant to play. I'll be giving it a full season to see how well it develops around her performance. Not perfect but at least its fresh.
Well, Canon was definitely delivered. Damn.
Be warned: this show has straight relationships. There's actually men and women who love each other, I can't believe they are pushing this agenda. Can't we just keep politics out of these shows?
I was hyped for this show massively, and now that it has arrived I cannot say I am disappointed.
The small touches of Matt showing that he is blind are great, fumbling for his keys throughout the scenes. Although they are not big key moments it shows that they paid attention when producing this series.
The actors play the characters well, and they really shine in their roles. They work well together as a cast and the way in which they collide.
The fight scenes are some of my favourites I have seen throughout a TV series and are done really well, they take into consideration that he is blind, but really engage with the user.
Overall I'm happy with this series and wish to see more. It's not over the top, it is pinned together well. 9/10 on my part.
Thea has the best line. "A bunch of superheroes hiding out at a farm house, I feel like I have seen that before in a movie."
GOD, chaotic bisexual variant loki twins is my vibe now.
