The real question is why the hell did the guy charge money for snacks at the white house?
Definitely worth the wait.
The fight scenes, the story. Full of funny moments and emotional ones. All of it chef's kiss. Amazing!!
I have watched the movie in Cinemark preview yesterday, and I can say, well done! The movie is genuine and funny, you will enjoy every moment of it and won't feel bored at all. The dynamic between Ryan and the boy is amazing, and the story, camera, and dialogs are good, and there are some emotional moments too in the movie, plus the action, drama, and sci-fi. I highly recommend watching this movie.
You might think that The Adam Project is a spacetime adventure movie but it's actually therapy for boys who lost their absentee fathers way too young. Join the club! So therapeutic!
Watched this movie after reading a lot of really positive reviews about it. There is not much to say about that film except that it was a huge disappointment, I mean, the story is incoherent: every 5 minutes or so I got annoyed by something that did not make sense at all, it felt like I was watching a cinemasins video. So yeah, you can watch this movie it's pretty short and entertaining but the incoherences are so huge it's irritating. Really don't see how people can rate it 10/10.
3 Thoughts After Watching ‘Talk to Me’:
It peaked with that brutal scene, when the game took a violent turn (I straight-up gasped), which was fairly early on, and the rest of the film never really reached that level of shock again.
Was it just me, or was the audio pretty awful? So many conversations were unclear. I couldn’t understand how the mom died. She took too many pills, on accident, and then clawed at the door? How does that work?
I really liked the concept of the hand (albeit somewhat confusing). And I think it’s interesting to see it used as some sort of party game. But when characters are dumb enough to revel in something so awful, it’s difficult to care about their fate. I wasn’t fully invested in them.
How dare they market this as horror it doesn't have an ounce of it! Straight out drama with a grain of supernatural. It's well-acted and nicely filmed but ultimately a slow burn with no burn at all. It started pretty decent with the bonding of our two main characters but then it just went so flat and the ending was even worse... nothing happened. Also i'm officially fed up of Jaeden Martell's voice that voiceover was so annoying.
works even better as a rewatch! you truly see the genius of it once you know the ending and can look for clues.
The movie is so boring and silly. I can't believe I wasted my time watching this till the end while I could have watched better movies. The story is silly, looks like the author haven't much imagination. It was just the basic. I was always expecting something more interesting to happen, but then the movie ended.
I've never wanted to beat a child in a movie more than I wanted to beat the son, and oh boy is the daughter just as dumb.
"Which would be worse - to live as a monster, or to die as a good man?"
A great film noir movie from Scorsese. I like seeing something a little different from him. Leonardo DiCaprio is fantastic, as usual. The story is great and benefits a lot from a rewatch. The island looks great and really creepy.
This is a very good lighthearted movie that just works. Plenty of action and laughs, solid acting and there may be a plot hole or something but I didn't see it or care - i was too busy enjoying it.
10/10
When the Uglies are prettier than the Pretties: :question:
P.S. David >>>>> Peris
I haven't watched a movie like this for a long time and every scene reminded me of Divergent. I really like movies with this kind of theme. The acting, effects and script are great. I liked it a lot. It's impossible not to like movies like this anyway. As you can see in the last scene, the woman is very beautiful. So it seems like she'll be in the second movie. I can't wait. I added it to my favorites. Thank you for your efforts, it's a great production.
Cool shots of people staring.
Nicole Kidman is nice looking.
It could be a very good movie. But it isn't. In the end you understand how powerful this movie could be and how poor it was made. Even The Human Centipede is better than this. Maybe it will serve as inspiration to others make a good movie.
meh, not the best movie but not the worst either. this little kid playing oliver is good. daniel craig's haircut is terrible.
Kind of predictable, kind of annoying, kind of evil...I watched it. The most difficult part to get through was the stupid teenagers. I kept hoping they would get a baseball bat through the skull. Everything else was just kind of "there". Meh.
Great premise, great casting a probably the best young adult adaptation since Hunger Games. Now I definitely need to read the entire book series!
didnt really enjoy this movie.the kids were so annoying, whole movie was bad
It's a great thriller...So intense and the acting's really amazing
Charlie is totally believalable as Psycho
Great movie to watch the day before you move into your new dream house :scream:
It started pretty good and got worse and worse with every Minute.
The end was a bad Action movie. And again germans showed, that they can't make good movies (anymore)
Not smart, but at times affecting, but gets overly trite in the end.
This was a strong 5/10. I say strong because I would never suggest anyone watch a 5/10 film in its entirety, and then only if there's a particular scene or performance from an actor you like. This however, had a good pace, and a strong 2nd Act, with some great performances from Costner, Jones, and Gadot. I'm afraid the script and the directing doesn't really allow anyone else to be important enough that they couldn't have been easily replaced by anyone, and the best dialog of the main characters is mediocre at best.
I enjoyed it because I was in the mood for an action film, and the pace delivered, and got some unexpectedly touching scenes between Costner and Gadot, who I had never actually seen in a film. And, given what she's known for, I was pleasantly surprised at her acting ability. It isn't at all realistic regarding how bullet wounds work, how or what's remotely achievable in network and device hacking, but it also isn't overly pleased with its inept stupidity like Nistopher Chrolan films, and it actually shows rather than tells the change and confliction in the lead character. Still, Oldman's character is an idiot. But we are talking about a senior field operative in the American intelligence community, so maybe it's not that unrealistic.
End the end, though, it's just more banal establishment propaganda with cliché, make believe terrorists copy-pasted to scare Carnhart-wearing middle aged and older American men into blindly supporting their mass murdering, inhumane regimes and giving them an outlet for their pent up frustration with their pathetic, unfulfilled lives of slavish labor.
Oh, the ending scene score song Drift and Fall Again by Madsonik (feat. Lola Marsh) is a lovely song and deserved a better film for it to play out the last scene.
