An amazing movie, and a masterclass in storytelling and existentialism without beating you over the head with it.
Pretty much a perfect movie. The direction, the performances, the cast, the locations, the lines... All superb. Love the relationship between Bogie and Raines.
Kung Fu Panda is an animated DreamWorks film, directed in 2008 by Mark Osborne and John Stevenson. It tells the story of a panda that, while helping his father in the noodle shop, dreams of becoming a martial arts master. When, one day, by chance, it sees himself thrown into the world of the Jade Palace to be educated, it is considered a hopeless case because of its physical form. Fortunately it manages to surprise everybody when the ferocious Tai Lung decides to return to destroy the valley.
The cartoon is a nice tribute to the world of martial arts and a great motivator for the children that can reflect themselves in the main character, Po. In fact, first of all, it is able to pick itself up in a bullying situation and to gain the respect of his “enemies” and, secondly, it shows how if you really want something and work to get it in a merry way, you may realize your dreams. Not to mention the fact that Po is an atypical hero, fat and with food problems – a very common thing in children today, but little shown in movies and on television – who uses his strengths to improve itself. The secondary characters are very nice, especially master Shifu that reminds me of Yoda from Star Wars, and the five cyclones that refer to the five styles of imitative kung fu: Tiger, Snake, Crane, Mantis and Monkey.
Well at least I tried watching it. It is beautiful yes, but too little action for my taste..
well i liked the Soundtrack that's for sure, Ryan and Emma chemistry and dance moves just amazing. love when they work together, they bring light to the screen. i didn't like the ending one bit kinda made me sad and i think that ending that left an impact on people and which made the movie to what it is today. loved the movie! very enjoyable and musical i guess lol.
Ok, this is going into list of all time favorite romantic movies. I loved it! They had me at that first solo he played and she watched. That melody is so captivatingly beautiful I would have stopped and stared too.
This definetly felt different, every scene was with meaning, nothing was just because. Just lovely. Romantic.
And the ending! I was in tears (who wasn't?). Well it spoke to me very deeply, because I am that fool who goes after her dreams (and I love it), but sometimes I wonder if there is price to pay for that..
A fitting finale for a wild ride of a series.
Typical teen movie but cute. Oh and...HOW IS KEVIN ZEGERS REAL!? Jared Leto meets Zac Efron?!
I thought it was too fast-paced, and like there were no grounds for Bianca's sudden wisdom.
Apart from being a bad movie, it gave away keypoints of Lost, a show I didn't watch yet. Such a shame...
Turns out this is the very first thing I watched in 2019.
This is going to be a very short review: if you like Ellen, watch this. It's pretty damn funny.
As someone who never watches her show but has seen plenty of clips on YouTube, I've always found her entertaining but probably didn't really picture her as a stand-up performer. As this special shows, I was wrong - entertaining from start to finish.
This episode is superb. Love these two parts.
First:
FORNELL: Napalitano's always been a step ahead of me. Every informant, every agent I get close to ends up like that kid downstairs. No one's that lucky.
GIBBS: He's got a mole in the Bureau.
FORNELL: Or someone with access to my operations.
GIBBS: Why not take it to Internal Affairs?
FORNELL: They can't help me.
GIBBS: But I can?
FORNELL: Realizing how sad this sounds, you're the closet thing I have to a friend, Gibbs.
GIBBS: You dying or something? Okay, not dying. Is this some part of a twelve step program?
FORNELL: Look, are you going to help me or not?
GIBBS: I'm thinking about it.
Second:
JIMMY: (INTO PHONE) And Gibbs, you hurt my boy, I'll kill your brothers, your uncles, your father...
JIMMY: (V.O./FILTERED) ... and after their funerals, I'll kill you.
GIBBS: (INTO PHONE) No brothers, no uncles, my father passed years ago. I do have three ex-wives whose names and addresses I will gladly fax on to you. (SFX: HANGS UP PHONE)
GIBBS: Oh. He hung up.
The fact is you're good.
The best.
When you're as good, it's something as you are when you can make a difference like you can you just don't quit.
They actually dropped a surpirse episode on April Fools. I love these guys. And it was a brilliant episode! I'm excited for the rest of season.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK NOT ONLY GOD BUT ALSO JESUS FOR THIS FUCKING AMAZING EPISODE
TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT
I can't believe Hopper is gone. Right when I thought he and Joyce were getting together.
Why is Hermione being a bitch this season? She was likeable in the beginning.
Cheryl’s storyline is making me wanna drop this show, annoying as fuck....
I didn’t think it could get worst but it did yet I can’t stop watching. What’s wrong with me.
it's time for the show to end. I like the show, but still it's time.
Season 3 is a gigantic mess, the writing is terrible, but this episode at least had interesting things going on..Cheryl and Toni fighting (it's time for Toni to have her independence and not just a shadow), Jughead x Gladys...more of those plotlines and less farm craziness..
Archie and the writers just remembered that Archie is dating Josie.
I don't understand why they vilified Harvey for hunting. What's the problem with him shooting a deer? He had no way to know it was a familiar.
Interesting premise, like ‘Fear’ but from the perspective of Marky Mark.
Penn is a snack, but too bad he’s Looney Tunes.
And I think we’re all on the same page about the curtain-free windows. Biggest (silliest) shock of the episode.
Curious to see more.
The concept of the episode was interesting, but only Cam and Mitch's and Jay's plot were funny.
Kinda cute, very predictable, and apparently I'm unsatisfied by every romcom that's not from the early twenty-first century or before.
Lincoln is the same murderer like a lot of people in this TV-Show. T-Bag at least not pretending that he's good.
Some of the straight stand-up is a bit scatter-shot and flls flat, but the music-related stuff it great!
I thought that was obvious. If someone not responding on name that they call him and they know another his name who is pretending to be, then call by it.
