NOW THIS IS HOW YOU CREATE A SEASON FINALE
Great start looking forward to more twists and turns.
A very solid start for this thriller. A good cast and what appears to be an interesting story.
So far the plot is still up for grabs, but the first two episodes made wanting for more and having a lot of questions, which for me is what I like on a good thriller. Needless to say having Idris Elba is a +.
If you like thrillers, give this a go and ignore the low rate it was because had more than 18 votes of 1* months before airing.
Great first two episodes, looking forward to seeing how this develops
You can actually read the article https://www.wsj.com/articles/theranos-has-struggled-with-blood-tests-1444881901 Ohh man this show is Awesome!
this show just keeps getting better with each new episode. love it!
I like Michael Cudlitz, don't get me wrong. But the choices made in this episode around the introduction of Luthor were making me feel like I was watching Sons of Anarchy most of the time.
Clark being excited to hang out with the boys was so cute they broke his heart :sob:
"You always have a choice". No, you don't. Sometimes you really don't have a choice. If a guy is trying to kill you and you don't have invulnerability, you cannot afford the risk of a long fight where you may end up dead. If the only way to stop him is by killing him, then there is no choice.
It's more a movie than an episode due to its length and it's just awesome. I loved this episode and the whole show in general.
Black Mirror has this power, that relies in every detail, of showing off the raw human nature: its photography, the concept behind the plots, the actors that are very good to let us feel the obsession of the characters, even the soundtrack... everything take a huge part to the whole experience that the writers want us to feel.
Very good job!
I absolutely get the criticism that this episode (like most episodes of season 6) don't really fit into the previous Black Mirror narrative.
And yet, I loved this one and hope to see Anjana Vasan bashing more people to death in future movies.
Another episode that doesn't fit in the "Black Mirror" series. Not even remotely anything to do with tech or dystopia. The "immigrant hate" angle went nowhere. Was there any hidden meaning / point to the story, or was it just a meaningless story?
This won't win an Emmy but let us have our guilty pleasure. All we want is a semi intelligent story and some action and boy did it deliver.
Don't do this to me. I have to know who got sucked off.
The proof that this tv show got really bad is that it would be impossible to have 9 seasons with this kind of quality. Watching this series went from being a good time to a challenge.
Don't say that the superhero genre is dying, bad writing is trying to kill it for a long time.
What a piece of shit. Maybe the two worst actors I've seen in a long time. Very very poor. I'm out
I knew it was going to be bad, I watched it anyway (my mistake)
I went into this with ZERO expectations, I knew it wasn't going to be a remake of the classic. I tried to view this as a stand alone (almost like a spin off/late sequel maybe?) but even then it was just bad. The story is nonexistent, the acting is awful, the comedy is woeful. It's a film that shouldn't have been made, and if they were doing this as a remake it deserved a better cast and a better script to at least make it watchable. I will hopefully forget about this one in a day or so.
Damn, they choose the worst players / actors ever, even Shaq acted better.
This was terrible. This has nothing to do w/ the fact that it's a remake of a beloved movie. It's awful as a stand-alone film. There isn't a single thing funny about this "comedy," and the story is pathetic. The least they could've done was to write an actual script instead of whatever this was supposed to be.
Wow, what a season. It’s been a wild, exciting ride, and this roller-coaster ride of a finale was the perfect, stress-inducing cap. I can’t imagine a first-time cast measuring up to this one for a while… Congratulations to a very worthy winner!
Pretty meh. It tries to be a comedy and a drama and it fails at both. The comedy bits are few, last few moments and aren’t even that funny overall. The drama fails flat as well and you can’t really relate with most of the stupid things they do as all the drama they get is just stuff they bring on their own for no real reason.
Was thrilling in the 80s, but in 21st it's just standard everyday dating.
I don't know you, but the part where the ex-wife was not actually the ex-wife but a hired pro on a long con was so very satisfying
... and this is the episode when this show went totally downhill.
They could have made a perfect ending in this episode, instead they just kept pushing it.
that headshot I’ve never been so angry
