I enjoyed this movie a lot, it's a good introduction to a series of movies, hopefully, just like the books. Sure, it could have been better, but its definitely not bad.
this is one of the most overrated movies I have ever seen. It's boring as h*ll. Even the sex is boring... tedious, too much talking about nothing (and the dialogues aren't all that super either), predictable, drugs and sex to be an end isntead of a means for the story to be told (and as I said, even the sex is boring). Even DiCaprio could not save this incredibly crap movie.
my God... episodes are getting worse and worse and worse.
Season 4 is really a total disappointment.
I hope they will make an end to the series soon, before it gets cancelled without a proper ending :(
Acting seems to be going downhill, even by the regulars in the cast, conversations are so predictable they hardly have to say anything anymore at all anyway and this whole Messiah crap is really getting to me (Frank Herbert, anyone?). Seems the creators are totally out of inspiration and have started copying random other series and movies and throwing it into a mixer and then hope for a proper story coming out of it. That is definitely a fail.... they really should have brought an end to this series at season 3, instead of dragging a great series on and on into oblivion.
season 1 and 2 were superb, now it's just stretching things thin :(
This is basically a modern remake of the Green Card (1990), although the initial situation is different and the way they get to the (expected) outcome. I love Sandra Bullock. The chemistry between the two is quite good, the movie was predictable in many ways, but with these kind of movies sometimes thats the best feature. A pleasant feel-good movie, enjoyable, funny at times.

for people who want to consider watching it, there is an ending to the series. it is semi-open, but it does give closure.
extremely enjoyable movie. simple action flick, but very well done. not too realistic, but suspenseful. one of the few movies that I know off which are entirely on board of an airplane and well done. Liam Neeson +1.

this movie really missed the chemistry between Chris and Evelyn, that was still there between Rachel Weisz and Brendan Fraser in the first two.
it all felt as if the actors were doing it because they had to, not because they wanted to, not because they actually enjoyed making this movie.
too bad.. all ingredients were there, but the mix didnt add up to a nice bowl of soup.
great acting by Amy Adams and Christian Bale. it's a smart movie and in a way interesting.
but this movie is also slow, tedious and... well, quite frankly it's boring.
I rather watch a few episodes of White Collar, which is wittier, faster and more entertaining

Sure it had some great scenes, very good looking nature shots, but overall it was tedious. And the part with the dragon was..... zzzz.... It was as if I was watching a bad version of DragonHeart.
Maybe if they had merged Hobbit 2 and 3 together, it would have been better. But this...
Great action movie. Captain America: First Avenger was totally crap, but this was a totally different level action movie and very enjoyable.

I enjoyed the references to other movies a lot and its great to see how the story of the different Marvel movies is starting to link in more and more.
Of course it was not a perfect movie, but I totally second CatyAlexandre statement.
the first few episodes were extremely cheesy. after episode 3 I had doubts if I wanted to continue to bother with the other few or not.
1x05 is the only good episode in this series.
the biggest 'miss' in this series is that there is no proper pilot.
you just get thrown in there. no character build up, no red line in the series. just a number of stories or scripts based on a book line thats made into series....
too bad, there was some nice potential there, but it's really not surprising it got cancelled

some plot twists you can see coming a mile away, but.... most of them really caught me off guard.

I very much enjoyed this movie. Sure, from the cast and director you can maybe hope to be able to expect more, but I thought it was good fun.
The story line could have been so great, too bad that they've tried to make this movie all about showing Smith Jr.

The whole movie is so disappointing, the first 45 minutes seemed to be promising and I was wondering if the stories I had read about this movie were untrue, but then all the bullshit started to happen, all the over the top stories about self-sacrifice and about facing your fears, self confidence, blablabla.
If they had focused a little less on all the drama, and more on how interesting this story could have been and perhaps a little bit about how we are now destroying our beautiful earth, then I could have lived with it. Now... no thanks.
very enjoyable Vampire movie. a bit comparable to Let Me In, totally not comparable to Underworld or anything like that. Great movie.

I really loved the first 2 episodes and I thought I had a new favourite with the way Ray is a fixer - how he solves his shit by being a bit borderline immoral himself..... but then it started to become a drag and boring, developing more into some 2nd rate wannebee mafia families series, but not quite getting there. I havent even bothered finished watching season 1, although the last episodes are already waiting for me on the media player. sorry to say, but after a great start, it has become utterly boring.
the movie isn't that bad actually... kinda enjoyable :) simple action packed movie with cute girls enjoying their crazy lives.

This is one of the best action films I've seen in a long time and it was my first with Jason Statham, who instantly became one of my most fav action movie actors. Especially after I found out that I actually had already seen him before in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
