Mindy’s singing is amazing this season, but the duet with Benoit really moved me. I just loved that scene

“No, he’s a victim. You’re the only sl:pound_symbol:t here, Sandra” hahahaha

Interesting enough to keep me hooked, the children and the background story look promising... it has a good combo of crime solving, supernatural stuff and funny moments (Spike is one of the best characters)
But I’m really disappointed with the Holmes/Watson part... the first one has not been revealed yet, but the latter is terrible. I think it’s the first portrayal of Watson that I find terribly annoying

Entertaining noir film with a very good cast. Lucille Ball is not the typical pretty damsel... smart, savvy and out of the ordinary. She had great chemistry with George Sanders, with all his charm and charisma

On the one hand, it was great to finally get all the answers and explanations so now everything makes sense....
On the other hand, they keep on with characters’ mood changes that don’t make any sense at all, or stupid decisions like giving the crown key to Ellie
Anyway, still wanting to see how the season ends

Soooo... Again with the character shifts, I get that they’re trying to show a more rebel and reckless Kinsey, but doesn’t come out right, she turned just plain mean and later seems rational again? At least with Tyler, who was a little douchey at the beginning, the evolution makes sense since he’s conflicted and grieving and struggling to adapt.
On the other hand, Rendell’s past gets weirder and weirder... I don’t like the show 100%, but I’m hooked enough to keep watching and see what happens

Not a great movie, but good overall. Bogart as a charming lead character, and Bacall simply stunning in her first screen appearance.. She takes all the spotlight with her presence, her looks and the best lines in all the script

Hedy Lamarr is stunning in this film. And William Powell’s character got me confused and doubting until the end

Watched again for Halloween and I never get tired of this film. Some parts are traditional horror film, some others pure comedy

Better approach to climate change message, more integrated in the storyline with a purpose and a well-played out plot.
Still, this episode felt like a step down from the previous one that left me with a big hype… but I can’t complain. Enjoyable enough. And big applause for that close-up kiss between the astronaut and his husband, I liked their sub story

A little better than the previous ones, but not great yet. I feel like this season has not kicked off properly.
Good to see Goran as Tesla

Great episode, but not for a season finale. It’s true it comes full circle with the beginning of the season, but it was a small scale arc. And absolutely unrelated to prior DW lore.
At least throughout the season there was character development for the companions, which shows in this episode. And the new doctor was awesome, every single minute.

Ashley Park is bringing her Mindy’s vibe to this show. Love it!!

Oh Johnny and Kate, I keep rooting for you two but also fear everything’s going separate ways in the end.

At least they wrapped it up pretty well. I wasn’t too happy with the future flashbacks throughout the season but the result was good

First decent episode of the season. I kept watching since it’s the last one, but not enjoyed the previous episodes

The musical numbers are amazing! Liza shines with all her brightness as Sally.
The scenario and background of Berlin in 1931 makes it not so appealing for the rest of the story, but the main characters, trying to find themselves between love and sexuality, are very relatable.
Not to mention Michael York was dreamy back then!

Seems like it will have the same rhythm and dynamics as the first season.
Really liked the beginning similar to Hawaii’s resort and the bad attitude of the concierge. Valentina has potential for a real fun character!

Slightly more entertaining than the previous episodes. I guess all characters are written to be annoying and impossible to like or relate to… Armond is just spiraling it’s funny to watch him deal with Shane. And Jennifer Coolidge is great as this really annoying and out of place woman with a touch of humor in her dramatic story

Disappointing for a season finale, some parts of the episode were too slow or maybe my heart was skipping at every chance that we could see Jack’s death and praying it wouldn’t be now..

Oh wow... here I was thinking this was not a great episode for the most part, and then that sudden twist when all made sense, just left me crying like a baby.
Simple story with a good message. I don’t know how you do it, Dolly, but I end up in tears with every episode

Unique characters, a story that feels real with both laughter and sadness. All these great women of Hollywood shine in their characters, but Sally Field shines brighter in my opinion. The scene at the cemetery is marvelous! Filled with great quotes, but a personal favorite:
“I would rather have 30 minutes of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special”

Better than the previous ones... the siblings are getting more likeable. Still curious to find out what’s behind all this

Shot in Valencia, Spain... Always said the actual buildings were alien-ish. Not the best episode but has some classic Dr Who values

Not bad, a few jumps but nothing more than other similar movie. The Conjuring was so much better

Maybe it’s just me, coming back to the show after I stopped watching it for a long time... but the episode felt weak in writing, scenes were too predictable and the whole episode rushed. I mean Sam got in and out of Hell and it was simply a walk, fight off a couple monsters, oh hey here’s Bobby, let’s get back out
All in all, it was really good to see old familiar faces back :blush:

I was expecting so much more from this show... so far, an underwhelming start

I saw it coming... it was more or less predictable but again so many common sense mistakes: why bother looking for Dodge’s keys? Why bother looking for the crown? No need to even secure the hostage, let’s just wrap her and throw her through the evil door...
Ellie’s fate was expected, but sad nonetheless.
And for the record, I never liked Gabe from the beginning.
They left things open for a second season and probably there will be one, but the main intrigues were all explained so I give them credit for that.

Maybe I had higher expectations for all the good reviews but the first episode was a little meh and this second one didn’t get better. Interesting enough to keep watching (since it’s only 4 more episodes), but not so captivating
