It's the worst show I've ever watched. After one episode I can say that it is not suitable for watching. The series was filmed to scare, upset and bring a lot of negative emotions into life. Completely different than, for example, The Walking Dead. It introduces anxiety, elements that were during the last war - a scene with a boy with a child admitted to quarantine. Then thrown on the pile. Probably a series for subliminal coding of negative emotions. Don't watch it. The whole thing is probably filmed according to the current pandemic narrative.

@kris1313 essentially it continues on, but Disney+ has a vested interest and has decided to renumber their newly bought show as "Season 1". Since US literacy and education levels are at an all time low, its best not to confuse the population any more than necessary

He is creating a hostile work environment and we need to see complaints brought up against him immediately!

@tvjackson you're right of course! the bigger problem is that she's clearly unfit for duty after the events of Buffalo Bill. along with her recklessness you have to wonder how she ever graduated from Quantico. the answer is that the character is badly written and she's learnt zero lessons or had a chance to get over her previous trauma. poor

@great_vc Its actually 8 or 9 episodes and yes one is only a minute long! Apparently the episodes can be watched in any order apart from the one called "White" which has to be seen last. Netflix serves the episodes in random order which gives the viewer a different bias on the season depending which episode they saw first. two different people will get episodes served in a different order. it all sounds a bit tedious, and ultimately the whole thing stinks of superfluous and filler episodes just to entice the viewer to carry on watching more Netflix, etc, etc
Is this supposed to be a comedy because I didn’t laugh once. It’s got that wry humor that’s more sarcastic and unnecessary than actually funny. That leaves what exactly? Good actors trying to muddle their way through green-screen sets with a pointless premise-of-the-week. It won’t appeal to scifi fans because its feels fluffy and it won’t appeal to earthers because its set in space. In short it’s a colossal misfire that I imagine will be rectified by a swift cancellation or new writers. Avoid like the plague got an STD.

Why in the world is this marked as separate show and the one from 2005 marked as Ended? This is not a reboot, but a direct continuation of the previous episode The Power of the Doctor! I know they want to call the new season Season 1 because of Disney Plus, but it is not, it's actually Season 14. It makes no sense at all. Not to mention that the specials also reference previous seasons. This is not like a reboot from 2005 when newcomers could just start watching from there and ignore Classic Who. Newcomers can't start from here! I don't understand why it couldn't say Season 14 on Disney. All the previous seasons could be imported at some point once the whatever deal they have with BBC expires (I assume that's what is stopping them from putting them on the platform right away).
This is just insane, an insult to the fans, Jodie (doctor not regenerating into her clothes), Chibnall, everyone...How do we organize our collection now and sync with Trakt? I don't want to label it as a separate show. What's interesting is that IMDB and TVDB show seasons correctly and have Season 14. TMDB does some weird stuff.
Update: If someone is wondering how to organize the collection in Plex, just follow TVDB and it will be shown correctly.

@ana993 Disney pumped money into the production and has the broadcast rights outside the UK. for marketing purposes it's easier to market a new Disney+ show as a 'new show'. the easiest way to do that is by numbering it as "Season 1". incidentally when the BBC resurrected the show in 2015 they also opted to renumber the show as "Season 1" as opposed to "Season 27" which is what it technically was in 2015

each season is released in two parts by Netflix. some people confuse that for 4 seasons when infact its actually 2 seasons

according to BeyondTheTrailer, its supposed to be shown on HBO Max soon but i'm also reading reports thats its been shown on a channel called Quibi. Go figure
