“Not so fast!” - Gregg Turkington
Probably a top 10 episode for me.
Hmmmmm I like both Anna and Sally, but I think Sally should have won based on this episode’s bakes.
Nope! Peacing out of this one before I waste any more than 1 hour on it.
Why did Aleida’s son react to that tootsie roll as if Willy Wonka was giving him a free everlasting gobstopper?
This is the lowest quality bake-off series by such a large margin (in my humble opinion) - and yet, my wife and I lap it up. Worth it for the Bruno memes if little else.
I thought the drama was going to be resolved but then the rescue had to interrupt the confession so we can drag it out for another two episodes, or another season :rolling_eyes: Getting tired of this show’s bullshit.
Hoo boy, this show is going down the tubes.
Continues to be a good show held back by eye roll-inducing romantic subplots. Final scene also felt rushed, silly, and tonally inconsistent. I’m committed at this point, but when my wife joins for a few minutes at a time she’s laughing and I can’t blame her.
“It has been too long that the Republican Party has been defined by people that look like me”
Most unrealistic line in this entire show :joy:
It feels like this show has two separate teams of writers: one for the weird, uncomfortable romantic subplots and another for everything else.
“Yeah, a funeral of all my enemies”
I love the new Richie.
Such a sweet episode, might be tearing up a bit at the end
Didn’t think it was possible to cram so much Blondie expertise into a 35 minute runtime!
Decent season, horrible reunion episode.
Incredibly compelling, and incredibly devastating. I think this is one of the best seasons of a docuseries I have ever watched.
At least I always get a good little nap in during this show.
Astonishing episode. Love the parallel storylines - multiple timelines are everywhere these days, and it’s refreshing to see a show do them so well. Tears at the end for me, and it’s only episode 4.
Love when Gregg gets to host alone so he can prioritize the movies and get to the Double Date. 5 bags!
God I love this show.
Everything about Eliza in this episode :rolling_eyes::rolling_eyes:
Fantastic episode and season! This one had been on my radar for so long, should have checked it out sooner.
Someone on my Facebook feed said after seeing the movie upon initial release that it featured a person with a disability who is depicted as a monster/alien. I was on the lookout for that for half the movie… did I miss something?
Enjoyable film with a great cast! Oddly enough, I was reminder of Pokémon Snap at the very end
Sam’s voicemail message :joy:
Forced concept episodes can be so painful to watch
Man… this was not good.
It’s rare that a show makes me cry, and it’s rare that a show makes me want to rewatch it the second I’ve finished it. This show is both of those for me and I’m so happy it exists.
A show I will come back to again and again, I am sure of it.
This episode stressed me out.
I’m curious to see if and how Alex’s perspective will change over time. Her judgmental comments about ex-cons and squatters jumped out at me, because many of those folks may be in situations not so different from hers. (She also could easily have become a con herself if Regina had called the cops in episode 2).
This is an utterly captivating show and I can’t wait to see the rest. Qualley’s performance is just remarkable.
