This has nothing to do with space or sci-fi or even comedy, just a lame attempt at drama/romance.
That was painfully bad. How do these things even get a picked up
After watching some really awful horrorfilms this one was surprise! I found the acting and atmosphere of the movie great!
Everyone deserves a friend like Spoon.
casting was well done, pretty good for a book adaptation.
It is rare that I find a film to be so terrible that I shut it off without finishing, but this film is one of the few for which I've done just that. I love fantasy, and there were some great costumes, but the plot just wasn't there. I remember thinking the dialogue was poorly written. I was roughly 50 minutes (a little bit over halfway) into the film when I realized that I still had no idea what the heck was going on, and ceased to care. Strangely, my brother in law cites this as being one of his all-time favorites :P
it really sucked don't watch
Boring as hell, pretty much nothing happens, I made it to the halfway point and I shit you not, nothing happened and then I fell asleep, I'm not gonna finish this one.
First episode was really good but since then it's become extremely boring. Turned from an intriguing dystopian scifi into a whodunit murder mystery.
I watched this with one of my friends from Uni and I am still reeling from it many hours later. It's iconic, life giving, and everything I never knew I needed to see on a big screen. I laughed so hard I cried, and I cried so much my face needed a grade a certifiable ShamWow to clean it up. Maybe I'm too sentimental, maybe I'm still feeling the high from this film, but it is a grade A romcom drama that gets what being a part of this community is like and it is well worth the watch. You can tell it was a creation of love, and whether you're part of the community or not I am sure you can appreciate and enjoy this film.
Pretty people fucking in pretty places. Aside from the cast being eye candy this movie didn't have much going for it.
Bad, terrible, appalling - even these words don't begin to describe the true horror of just how bad this movie really is!! :(
Oh god the dialogue in the opening was horrible. Please don't do that every episode. So much cringe.
Actually quite a nice and fun movie. Simple fun, great for a weekend.
I never thought I would find a show where an Oreo is a plot device but Ghosts made it happen
Dead at how badly Jay and Sam tried to gaslight Freddy into believing that ghosts don't exist.
I really thought they might be able to use the ghost trap to move Sasappis's girlfriend from the car to the house.
Pete informing Flower and Thor, who are making out, that he's in there with them and then exclaiming "That's not what I meant!" when Flower reached out and grabbed him by his shirtfront.
Freddy quits for good. Sam and Jay have fired him once, driven him to quit another time, caused his girlfriend to dump him, and he doesn't want to work someplace that has ghosts.
That was one of the most beautiful send-offs I have ever seen on a show. Very touching and respectful.
I'm glad they made Phil live happily ever after.
Cute and festive! This serves as a proper send-off for an abruptly cancelled show and I relished getting more time to spend with these lovely individuals and voices. Mo's storyline could have dovetailed better with the Clarke family plot, but I really liked how the movie utilized Max's newfound abilities from the series finale. I wouldn't mind an occasional film to check in with these characters; if Psych can pull it off, why not this show?
:heart:x7
Although this new experimental format of story-telling is interesting - I prefer the more standard way of story telling - linear.
Having said that, the story itself is pretty good and interesting. The order in which I saw the episodes, kept me guessing as to what was happening at time (which was good).
However, I doubt we'll see a 2nd season unless we get a brand new cast. And there is one thing I still don't understand... Who killed Leo??
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
I rather enjoyed random episode order. Just watch White last. Chronological order is just spoilers. It could have been much better but it was entertaining. Remember, White last.
So much to say, 1st the way the black dudes were portrayed in this movie
I knew it was written by black women. Lewis see a dude on camera smashing his wife but he wants a divorce when he see her in a coffee shop with Damon? Ok. There was strong evidence that 2 of the white people could have killed her but in the end it's the rich black dude that did it, writing in that oh yeah black dude a sociopath. Ok. Then Damon turns out to be a crazy durange black man. So this series shows black men Weak, Crazy, Abusers and don't forget Murders.
Wow thanks black girl magic
You got me for 1 season, I will make sure I watch nothing where you the writer.
This is even worse than the first one.
Why did I spend 8x 40 minutes of my life watching a tv show where absolutely nothing happens? I had high hopes for the last episode, but forget it: nothing ever happens!
Eternals really changed the whole MCU. This is a new take on a whole new mcu film without the same old formula. And I kinda like how divisive and deep, dark they went for this. There's so much complexity in each character that I know people can identify with, it's everything the other mcu films could've been. Fuck rotten tomatoes.
it's no American Vandal
Wow, actually a really interesting and well written movie. Creepy, and well executed, despite the smaller budget. CGI was totally fine. Actor were all top-notch too.
It was actually really enjoyable, at least up till that very last scene. Not sure what they were going for with that, and it made the rest of the experience kinda fall flat on it's face after such an amazing build-up.
If you cut the movie short right after the final forest scene, it's a pretty solid 8-9/10 for what it is (small budget, indie sci-fi film). Adding that last scene brought it way down to like a 5-6. It really was just the weaker part of the entire movie, with lower-end effects and bare-bones over-acting on part of the "Dr." It added nothing to the overall story and should honestly be skipped.
kirk and the girl was kinda creepy
Boring, so boring, beyond boring!
