With Trakt's 1-10 rating scale I've reserved the Totally Ninja spot for only those shows that I consider perfect, or as close to perfect as a television series can be. So far only The West Wing, Arrested Development, and The Wire have been good enough IMO, to reach that spot... until Louie came along.
The writing, acting, and directing of every episode is pitch perfect. Just go watch it!
"There's better days ahead of us."
"Yeah... I keep hearing that."
"Well, keep listening to it."
Fuck Dan Schneider.
Fuck Jason Handy.
And a big whole "fuck you" to Brian Peck, and everyone who backed him up in court.
Rot in hell, you sick fucks.
Its hard to rate this.. with the 8 saying “great”. Because everyone needs to see and hear it. Its a story that demands to being felt. Unfortunately the damage is done and society needs to learn from this. In order to keep history repeating itself. It’s really vulnerable from everyone on the documentary to tell their story. It left me speechless in some moments..
30 minutes in, and I'm balling lakes of tears from both eyes. Absolutely, anything to do with children will always make my blood boil. It doesn't matter who or what the kid is. They are innocent lives that have no idea about anything but the role models around them. The way Dan is only one of a billion makes me want to throw up my whole body. Amanda Bynes, Kenan and Kel and so many more were my role models as a kid, and now these people are role models for a totally different reason. I can only imagine how every single cast and crew member felt because my body is in pain from the amount of anger and helplessness I feel. I'm so glad more and more exposure is coming out. Power in the wrong hands is pure evil. An excellent documentary that makes you want to stop thinking.
homie, they got walton FUCKING goggins up in this bitch
They completely nailed the look, feel and vibe of the games and it's fucking amazing.
Sadly the last few years have been feminist garbage screaming "all men are rapists and should not exist". The first dozen seasons are awesome though. All kinds of interesting topics and victims and baddies and nice, credible interactions in a teams of friends.
Highlights were Dr Huang and Elliot imho.
My wife and I used to enjoy this show, but we stopped watching it around 2014 when the political correctness became more and more overt.
Viewers watch a show to be entertained, not to be beaten over the head with political sermons.
Tonight we were intending to watch the new Law & Order show which features the return of Elliot Stabler. The new show picks up as part 2 of a crossover, with part 1 being SVU Season 22 Episode 9.
We watched the first 6 minutes or so of SVU S.22 EP.9 and just couldn't bare it. Now SVU has devolved into pure woke garbage. It's horrible.
Great acting and I loved it beautiful and realistic.
If you ever wanted a Scott Pilgrim show with barely any Scott Pilgrim in it, then this one’s for you!
Amazing writers and wonderfull cast.
Phil Dunphy best character ever.
Oh my goodness this show is phenomenal! Episode 4 shook me to the core, what an emotional roller-coaster!
One of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Bravo! Congratulations to the whole team for the great reception of this show and thanks to all of you for bringing this stupendous stuff to my eyeballs. Thank you thank you. Can't wait for next episode.
This show is just one of the biggest gems of television. It's kinda sad that you have to speak german to enjoy it and because of that so many people will miss it. I'm absolutely sure, if that show would have a (good!) english translation, it would be a world wide hit.
That show will be forever in my top 5 tv shows of all time. It's so well written and funny, witty and cheerful, I liked it as a child and I always like it when I rewatch the whole show as a adult. I only can rate the show here as a 10, but see that as a 12/10.
Twin Peaks is indisputably one o the greatest shows ever, however you have to watch it at the right time and recognize a few things.
First off, if you get to the end of the 3rd episode and you still don't like it, then it may not be your type of a show. That third episode is really the point where you find out if you'll like the rest or not.
Secondly, if you watch it and don't like it, then wait a couple years then come back. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have liked it if I watched it a few years ago.
Thirdly there is a noticeable drop in quality about halfway through the second season. Hammer your way through these episodes, do not skip them. I know they are painful to watch but the payoff is worth it. The show eventually does get itself back on track just in time for the final episode to be the greatest episode of any television show ever.
I recommend this show to everyone but that doesn't mean it's for everyone. Give it a shot though, it's really fucking good
This was awesome. I felt very entertained the entire time and it's such a nice spin on the movie's story!
i read this book in the 6th grade, it changed my outlook on life. not sure why my teacher or parents allowed it, but i digress. the movie came out shortly after i finished and thought it barely scratched the surface of what was in the book. today it would have been a 4-6 episode mini-series of 1 hour each and that could have done it justice.
This was a very good 90 minute movie! Nothing else after the 90 minutes folks, nothing at all…
Typically overproduced, partially cringeworthy docutainment you already know of JW; trying to be self-aware of the host's own lavish lifestyle (therefore unbelievable despite that 2 alcoholics example) with a narration style that is all over the place. It tries hard at the end to connect the episodes but it's just not working. A lot of blabla with no real outcome other than "yeah, we need to do all these things we're already doing". Thanks for nothing, I guess.
Yes, the world is effed in terms of climate crisis but this is just too bleak in its prospect, too tame in its criticism, too conservative with needed change and too complacent with the status quo. So it's neither here nor there which is disappointing.
The strong point of this (first season?) is when the propaganda machinery of oil companies is in the spotlight or the attempts at fighting the climate crisis in Africa and China's longplay there but it all is way too short. The weakest point is that "round table" of rather random people disrupting the entire flow of the episodes before and after.
Joko rightfully recognizes he has a platform and therefore a responsibility but he could have done more here than just scratching the surface. But at least he did something, so let's pat him on the back, right?
It’s pretty much all propaganda to make the government look better. Watch Waco on paramount instead, it’s way better
We see a lot of evil people in this documentary. Some are still in power. Is there a god?
This show is legen...wait for it, dary XD
I can't believe I'm crying on a kid's tv show. Disney plus is banning episodes and I hate them for it. But I've managed to watch banned anyway.
This series is a beautiful duwang.
Richtig starke True-Crime-Serie aus Deutschland, die von Anfang an fesselt.
Really strong true-crime series from Germany that is gripping from the start.
Highly underrated!
What an abomination is this
