Can they find all this in desirable San Diego and within their budget?

With a budget of $200,000, they don't anticipate having much left over for improvements.

Melissa and Michael have been living together for two years and are now planning their wedding. On top of that, they're also ready to tackle the very expensive Southern California housing market. Their realtor is sure she'll be able to help them find a home to start their lives together.

Kristin and Mike McCullar need more room but want to stay in their current Austin neighboorhood, known for its fun block parties and excellent school system. They're looking for a place with at least four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office, a playroom, and a kitchen with more cabinet space and double ovens.

John and Kim Bojonny are making a mid-life change and are relocating to Phoenix. They are looking for a home with an open floor plan, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large closets and lots of extra space. With a $350,000 budget, their realtor is determined to find them exactly what they want.

Thad Lareau and Carrie Kisiday met in a very 21st century way via an online dating service. Now, one year later, their "virtual" love has become the real thing, and they've decided to join households in the picturesque town of Fort Collins, Colorado. The three most important things in their search for a home are location, location, and location. They want a three-bedroom, two-bath home in the downtown area of Fort Collins called Old Town that's also close to running and biking trails.

Karen Walker and Chuck Solesbee are engaged, but they need to find a bigger home for their soon-to-be blended family. They know they need at least four bedrooms, a good sized kitchen, a two-car garage and a workshop for Chuck.

Ellie is a behavioral specialist living in what she calls the best city in the world - San Francisco. Ellie is looking in the Mission District for a one-bedroom condo in the $400,000-$500,000 range. She's hoping for something with hardwood floors and an open floor plan, and her realtor is scouring the Mission for condos that meet her needs and desires.

Engineers Aaron Jacobson and Cecelia Prieto met and fell in love in Houston nine years ago and are now looking to purchase real estate. When Brett and Jeff Moore met, they hit it off immediately. After five years together, they've tied the knot and are looking for a home in Laurel, Maryland. Brett wants a single family home with a nice sized front and back yard, while Jeff is looking for a home that has a deck for cookouts and a "man cave" for himself. They agree that they need additional room to grow into when it comes time for kids and, for now, a house that's move-in ready.

Fred and Leona Haven's love of snow skiing and hiking has kept them happily living in Montana. For the past six years, they've hit the road in their giant RV, driving between Montana and their daughter's home in Florida. This year, they've decided to purchase a vacation home close to their daughter, and they're looking for a home with a large kitchen and dining area that's also close to golf courses and in a community where they can make new friends.

Rebecca and John Ulatowski met in college, got married and have settled in Charlotte, NC. As they begin to search for a home, they are looking for at least three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large kitchen and a open floor plan.
