New Jersey couple Lori and Tom love to travel with their large family of 8. They've been all over the world, but the group's favorite destination is Key West, Florida. To get a break from New Jersey's cold winters, they've decided to buy a vacation home everyone can enjoy. Lori loves the history and conch-style architecture of Key West, and wants that reflected in their new place. Tom, who works in Manhattan, loves everything sleek and modern. Disagreeing on style isn't this couple's only problem- Lori is eager for a house she can renovate, while Tom wants something turnkey they can enjoy immediately. Even with a healthy budget of 2.5 million, their real estate broker Maya Thomas has her hands full finding a place they both like.

January and Andre are searching for a home in Arlington, Virginia, that'll suit their D.I.N.K.Y. lifestyle within a $400,000 budget. She wants a high rise condo with all of the amenities. He wants a home that feels like a single family house with a yard. Who will win out?

Former Marine, Rick, and his wife, Lena, are excited to buy their first home after 20 years of living on bases and in rentals. They're targeting homes in and around Oceanside, an area about 38 miles north of San Diego. Rick has his heart set on a Spanish Style home that's near the beach. Lena, on the other hand, would prefer a home that has a country style in a rural area inland away from other homes. Which one will they choose?

Seattle area Navy recruiter, Leo, and wife, Jillian, are looking for a large home for their family of 5 kids, and a mother-in-law. He wants to invest in a fixer-upper, but germaphobic Jillian insists on clean and move-in ready. It's all hands on deck for this Puget Sound battle.
