Geralyn and Bob Kerprich have called North Kingston, Rhode Island home for eight years. Bob's company recently opened a plant in Hillsboro, Oregon just outside of Portland. After a year of commuting from Oregon to company headquarters in Minneapolis and back home to Rhode Island, they've decided it's time to pack up the family and head west to Portland. They hope their budget of $580,000 will get them an updated kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large yard for their three kids.

Corey and Shoshanna Walker came to Savannah from Orlando for a vacation and fell in love with the city. They decided to make it their permanent home and opened a natural soap store there that's booming. Now they're ready to stop renting and are in the market for a single family home with a large backyard for their dogs. Looking to stay in the downtown area, the hardest thing is going to be finding something that has a garage and is in their price range.
