This is a concept I learned to hate: the alien-mind-take-over. Nothing but a writer's tool to have characters act differently. And it fails on all levels. The over-acting is ridiculous, you would expect more from those actors. By that account they are more funny than threatening which completely destroys it. I don't know exactly what I thought initially about this episode but today I'd say it's way below average at this stage.
