The best thing about this franchise is that each installment is so forgettable that you can watch any of them over again and it still feels like the first time.
Devamı gelsin artık !
Best scene - funeral:
"I see dead people!"
:joy::joy::joy:
A whole lot better than Final Destination 4… I think the part I enjoyed the most was the end scene. A nice throwback for the first movie!
Just like the previous movies, and many other movies like this, who are these characters supposed to appeal to? Are there really people out there that connect to them? Atleast in the first 2 they tried to give them a bit of a personality. I literally care for none of these characters which takes away the excitement of their deaths. I'm not expecting a masterpiece but at least create some different kind of characters for a change.
"Death... doesn't like to be cheated."
Ok this one feels like a movie again! Actors are great, deaths are fun and it doesn't feel homemade. The ending actually got a little bit of a gasp out of me which is rare. Good way to end the series.
8.5/10
Sensational
My favourite of the hole
Franchise so far
(with Final Destination 6
in pre production right
now, we will have to see
what that installment brings
to the party).
With that being said
Final Destination 5
is frickin awesome
and the opening disaster
scene was amazing and
at 4:44 it's the longest running
disaster scene of the
entire franchise.
This installment got
more right than it did
wrong, it was thrilling
and really well paced
and the deaths were
Awesome. unlike the
others this added something
genuinely interesting to
the lore and the rules
and we get
William bludworth
(Candy Man) back
being amazing.
Yes the shock twist at
the end could have been
hinted less through the
movie, too on the nose,
I would have appreciated
a bit more subtlety,
Still that Ending is
Still Epic and very
Fcuking clever
(Even though we have
a 6th installment).
Verdict: 1 and 5
got it right and definitely
the ones that matter
everything Inbetween
Meh or just okay,
let's see what 6 brings.
Unlike The Scream
Franchise which is
Phenomenal by the way
and Timeless and still
kicking ass and knocking
it out the ball park
(S7 post production)
"FD" is not ageing
well at all, more
swing and miss
than Hit.
But the franchise seems
to somehow keep
"Cheating Death"
A return to form, excluding the occasional forced humor in the first half. Worth watching for its brutal deaths, the ending, and the return of Tony Todd.
honestly had a few moments of entertaining dialogue and i like the neat wrap up. the hints about the time period they were in weren't subtle but i kept doubting it just because of things like the "no cell phones" moment in the spa. i swear cell phones weren't THAT commonplace then, right? technology is so bizarre.
If you're gonna complete the quinfecta, you have to include this one...and it's pretty much what you'd expect. If there were such a thing as a "Cliff's Notes" for movies, this should have been it: it was the exact same story with different ways of dying. Nothing original at all, but some of the deaths were dashingly different. (I was really hoping to see the "boss" buy it in a much more gruesome manner, however.) I daresay, however, that OSHA would frown deeply at the idea of having an overhead crane with a fishhook on it. Some of these things were laughably awful, the concept was so bad; either that, or they never expected anyone with any foundry experience to watch this. (C'mon, people: a fishhook? Seriously?) The LASIK mishap, that was cool...the sort of scene that you "know" could never happen, but still makes your stomach crawl at even the hint of it actually happening. (IMO, they ruined that whole scene at the close, however.) I was NOT expecting the tie-in at the conclusion but found myself grinning at how neatly they tied everything together, and yes, like many - if not most - others, I too enjoyed the recap during the end credits. I did make a note for those who are time-conscious; this is a 91-minute movie, but you have a full 7½ minutes of credits: 3.5 at the beginning, and 4 at the conclusion, so you can knock this down to less than an hour-and-a-half of your life wasted. Not bad, if you insist on watching the entire franchise. Acting: 2 stars Story: 1 Star Death Sequences: 4 Stars
Watched it the second time in 3D must say the bridge scene <3 and much better than normal version ^^
After two train wrecks, it was nice to see the Final Destination franchise back on track. A solid opening disaster and a clever ending make Final Destination 5 a solid entry in the collection.
I still believe the Final Destination series ended the right way by connecting it with the first one. It is just really, really well done!
Anyway, in this final installment the deaths aren't that impressive, the opening carnage isn't that on par with their best ones and they explain us everything again! But yeah, I still like it. It is a fun franchise and it'll never bore me!
Ps. Hunter and Packer are in this? That had totally slipped me my mind since watching it last time!
What you'd expect from a final destination flick. Over the top gore porn. Enjoyed the rather clever ending though.
this movie was actually good... i like the prequel continuation ... kill someone to take their life was totally a new rule and it was a bit thrilling to me ... i like this film like the 1st film in this franchise.
This one felt kinda generic after seeing all the others. The lasik death is very scary. It does tie in real nice to the others and has that great death montage at the end. A good end to the series. This franchise has a way to always be in the back of your mind when you think about certain situations like being behind log trucks or roller coasters or thinking about getting lasik.
Not a great cast but satisfying death scenes and a wonderful end and ending to the series as a whole.
Forgettable characters plugged into (exactly) the same formula as the previous films in the collection.
Unlike the others, however it has a slightly more satisfying conclusion for completists out there, so if you've been watching them all, this one does look back at its predecessors (and not the "oh look I found on the internet that this happened before" kind).
Was a good movie but kinda slow!!
Nice quirk to the usual formula. Best entry in the franchise in quite some time.
Cool surprise at the end to find out it took place before Final Destination 1 right up to the point they board the plane.
Its set around the same time as final destination 1..............:0

final destination and the saw are created by sick people. nothing else but people dying
