When he spots Viv in The Woolpack, Bob tries to apologise to her, but it's clear that she is in no mood to listen. Viv leaves the pub and through the locked door of her house, Bob begins to serenade her, and Viv is taken aback when he asks her to marry him. Tricia spots Jason in The Woolpack and makes it clear that she blames him for the whole thing. Bernice comes to Jason's rescue, suggesting that Tricia should be angry with Joe rather than Jason. Furious at Bernice's lack of support, Tricia turns on her, putting their friendship on the line. Jack is involved in a confrontation with a fellow prisoner.
