Sabrina Huber grew up in Sonthofen and studied psychology in Innsbruck. Nevertheless, she has always dreamed of owning her own farm and has fulfilled this dream Manuel 2018. After a long search, the couple finally found what they were looking for on an online platform, were able to buy a farm in Isny in Allgäu and converted it to organic farming within two years. Since the former owners continue to live in the farm building, the Hubers are building an all-wood house for themselves and their three boys. Until the construction is finished, the family lives in one of their vacation homes. They often get help building the house from Manuel's brother Basti, who has taken over the brothers' parental farm. In addition to the house, they also plan to build their own farm store. Three days a week, Sabrina works part-time in a rehabilitation clinic as a psychologist. (Text: SWR)
