Pretty decent crime drama. It got so slow in the middle but the 5 episode format was perfect. The acting is great. The haircuts are hilarious.
First off nothing surprising Christina Ricci is great. The visuals and the set are beautiful. It was marketed as a horror creature feature but this is more of a drama with light horror elements. They give off a little too much which makes it predictable.
Some good action and great comedy that had me laughing quite often. It felt a bit long and the story was ok. Seeing all these great actors together was the best part.
Sam Raimi created something unique and stylish with this one! I love the horror aspects and you rarely get to breathe once the action starts it never stops until the very end. It went absolute bonkers crazy and a little cringe at times but I think it makes it's charm.
Mikkelsen makes a better Grindelwald than Depp he brings more layers and maturity to the character. As usual the Fantastic Beasts were good especially the scorpion crabs. I was a little bored with the story though it was lacking I was struggling to care. Some relationships feel barely touched upon.
A lot of fun! Liked it even more than the first. Having more characters really elevates this and Idris Elba's voice is perfect for Knuckles. Jim Carrey steals the show of course he is so good and funny.
A thinker for sure! It makes you scratch your brain and I like the various misdirections the story gives you. The ending is brillant once you fugure out what the hell you just saw. I recommend going back and rewatching the RV scene.
What an episode! Every scene was compelling and lots of action. So hyped for the finale
The visuals, the sound and the acting are all top tier but unfortunately the story fails to deliver something new. It's filled with horror tropes and so predictable. The final act was borderline ridiculous.
I'm a big fan of Austin Powers and consider them as some of the best comedies. This is exactly the same kind of comedy but the jokes just aren't as funny. They are not all bad by any means but didn't find myself laughing that much. Last episode was by far the best for me
Weak episode, weak story and weak character! I don't even need to say her name. This episode could totaly be skipped.
All over the place and very rushed! They could of easily done one or two extra episodes to flesh out the story. That being said the action was good and the CGI was even better. Liked the egyptian god mythology stuff I hope they expand more on that in the future... whenever that will be.
What an amazing start! I've never been the biggest fan of Star Trek but this looks promising. Can't wait to see the next adventures and getting to know the characters.
Great finale! Looks like we won't have to wait too long for the second season judging by the trailer at the end it seems like it's already shot.
Definitely intriguing! There's a lot of inconsistencies, as expected from a show with that synopsis but if you can put your logic aside it's a fun watch. It has a fairly decent amount of horror elements I hope they can keep it going each episode. Not very impressed with the main character though I find her unlikable maybe it's the attitude or the acting ?
I would describe this as a psychological drama with erotic thriller vibes. Kiernan Shipka steals the show she is magnetising. The episodes are short and overall this feels like a movie. The ending is not that great though especially if they don't plan on a second season.
Very good dark comedy Courteney Cox is perfect in this. The jokes land and the story is pretty solid. Please make a second season!
First watch for me I know this is a big time classic but i'm quite disappointed. It has everything going for it the acting, cinematography and the psychological horror elements are top notch... but it's as though the movie is missing a climax you're just waiting for something to finally happen but then it's just the credits.
What a fun ride! You mix Gremlins, Pacific Rim and Power Rangers together and this is what you get. It uses a mix of practical effects and awful CGI but is guaranteed to make you laugh.
Similar to Hush (2016) but with a little twist. Fun thriller and I like the main character the actress did a good job.
I'm hooked! Interested to see where this goes. Solid first episode I like the main character a lot
One of my new favorites from this year is 8-Bit Christmas. Pleasantly surprised by that one you should give it a try
Pretty good start and story. Not so bad CGI. Atrociously bad acting.
Not sure what to think about this one... I mean they just burned down the Murder House wtf. Didn't think we would see that before the very last season of the main show at least and they solved the biggest question of how to free the spirits.
I really hope this was contained to the video game and didn't really happen because the Murder House deserves way better! Boooo
Keeps the same quality and just as enjoyable as the first. The escape rooms were great and complex and so much action the movie goes by so fast! I would love it if they made more standout characters instead of putting the spotlight on the same character all the time and the movie does fall apart a little towards the end just like the first.
Love the overall concept I think it's unique and very memorable I won't forget this one for a long time. Nice picture but very bad camera angles and unnecessary zoom in on a character's face. Sometimes the camera is pointed at a rock instead of the action which makes it frustrating. It will keep you thinking and guessing the whole time which makes it great in the mystery genre but it was overall very predictable.
And DON'T watch the trailer it ruins most of the movie !
A very decent survival fight for your life thriller. It has flaws but overall left me satisfied and on the edge of my seat.
This feels like a CW show, a LOT of teen drama and a little action as a side story. I just wish they would focus more on the games/escape rooms they're playing and make them more complex, lazy writing on that part. Feels like a PG version of Saw and Escape Room. On a positive note the romantic storylines are not bad I guess.
