The last 10 minutes of this episode is probably one of the most powerful endings I've ever seen! Gave me goosebumps!
Jesus, that graveyard scene. Jon Berthal was fantastic there.
The first four episodes were amazing.
I laugh every time is see this show. And I am watching it again for the (I lost the count) time. You become a part of that friends, you are one of them and you feel what they feel, quoting what they're saying. You even wish things went differently every time that something happens between Ross and Rachel. And by all that, every single time I laugh like an idiot at every episode. You got to love this series, forever.
Nothing earth-shattering but still a solid setup and the CGI is top notch! Daemon shines every time he’s on screen. 8/10
Dude. The fucking cinematography man.
The Punisher was fighting to find redemption while Jon Bernthal was fighting for an Emmy Award.
Absolutely loving this. Oscar Issac is giving one hell of a performance as Steven/Mark and seeing both the Moon Knight suits was so Awesome!! Ethan Hawke is also definitely giving such creepy vibes. Khonshu is just Perfect too!! The invisible fight scene its so well done.
"Not everything is fleeting."
Indescribably beautiful in every way. Sciamma knows exactly when to linger and exactly when to let go. This is a film that is in complete control. It doesn’t just depict the longing, the love, the heartbreak; it gives the audience permission to experience these feelings with the film. It allows us into these moments in such delicate and masterful ways, that we are swept up into the romance along with Marianne and Héloïse.
Its interesting how many shots in this movie could exist in the latest artsy horror film released by A24. But in the context of this film, they don’t horrify the audience; they haunt us. They haunt us both despite and because of their beauty. They haunt us in the same way as Orpheus’ last goodbye to Eurydice.
"Turn around."
THIS, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how you do a season finale!
(Damn, I used the safeword...)
“God, it makes me rage how efficient things are when you’re a dick to people.” SO TRUE, Eve.
matt: im gonna put on some pants
foggy: no
same
Probably the best episode of the series. That fight scene was fucking amazing.
they made tom felton say "philosopher's stone" with a straight face. nice.
This is perhaps the best DC series I've seen, animated OR live action. Going in, I'd assumed that I would be getting a "decent" or "good" show at best, but I'd assumed wrong and was pleasantly surprised to find that, despite being a project intended for younger audiences, the darker and more "mature" themes make it an enjoyable show for just about everyone. In just a few (three, to be exact) days' time, I've breezed through the entire first season. Yes, it's that good.
Young Justice is an adaptation with twists and changes and combinations—and that many ingredients usually calls for a mess, but it was carefully and beautifully crafted, turning a could-be mess into a brilliant work of art. Truthfully, it has better continuity and more complexity than most other shows I watch. The characters are fascinating, dimensional, flawed in the best and most relatable ways. The storylines are intriguing, all giving leeway to equally intriguing backstory and/or character development. And, though I could have done without the writers trying to pair off every male and every female right and left since I've personally never been a big fan of forced, in-your-face romances (with the exception of one), there are so many dynamics to enjoy: friendships, families, rivalries alike.
Overall, it's terrific. I could be real nitpicky and choose small, maybe meaningless things to critique, but I'd rather not, seeing as the creators of this series really do deserve a round of applause for a job well done.
ETA: Now finished with season two, I am able to say with even more confidence that I am wholeheartedly in love with this show and its characters. I'm even more angered by its cancellation now, for more reasons than one: because the network didn't give the writers and producers a chance to close such an open ending and in turn left fans hanging, because their reasons for not renewing the show were outlandishly stupid, because a series with such promise was cut short. Even though it's been two years since the last episode aired, I am hoping and praying fiercely for someone, anyone, to pick this show back up.
This amazing, wonderful show deserves a third season and more.
ETA: THIS AMAZING, WONDERFUL SHOW IS GETTING THE THIRD SEASON IT DESERVES.
15 years of character down the drain in one episode.
It's a pity Justin Chamber's character did not get a better send-off. I mean I get that the actor was leaving the show, but surely they could have negotiated a last appearance to make a better end for him.At one point (i'd not been aware of his leaving previously jst of the long absence) I wondered "wait is the actor dead ?" Since they do clip episodes when usually that's the case
Anyway I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed that Alex Karev now “has been sent on a farm upstate, where he lives happily” (ok not upstate, but still).
What do the show runners take us for ? Six years old lamenting the loss of a pet ?
I love when eve and villanelle are alone with each other
Each and every episode with Jodie makes me think that she has been done so dirty with the writing. It hurts how good she could've been written.

This was such a thrill to watch!
It didn't feel like your average Christmas movie. I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it, the plot and pacing was well done.
Kristen's charmingly awkward role played very nicely into it. Her and Mackenzie made an adorable couple - I didn't expect their chemistry to be this good throughout the movie. The rest of the cast was great too; many familiar faces, everyone really nailed their role.
Recommended! It's definitely going down as a holiday classic in my book.
Miles ahead of Freak Show imo, let's hope it doesn't go down hill from here.
Although I could see Ben and Devi ending up together, I felt so happy to see it happening. Plus, how could I get so emotional in the end? I literally started crying out of nowhere when she finally made it to the beach. Definitely needed this light, funny show right now.
The most amazing Star Wars film footing since... what,... Rogue One? Taika proved that can kick ass as star wars director too... he deserves his own series!
UPDATE Nov/2020: funny. I wrote this comment for the last episode of the first season and somehow it ended here, at S02E01...
Reese Witherspoon really love play these type of characters. It feels so much like her Big Little Lies character, isn’t?
