I'm one of those people that didn't like the first season; It's one of the dullest shows in recent memory.
However, with the regards to the first two episodes of season 2, I am not bored! Actually, I found them both fairly engaging. Onwards and upwards.
I KNEW THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WOULD HAPPEN SO SOON THOUGH AHH I NEED THE NEXT EPISODE. I don't know what to feel right now ahhh
The funny thing is that after the episode ended, I came here to give it some stars.
The movie is way too unrealistic. No one plugs in a USB cable on the first try.
If Stephen King and Steven Spielberg had a baby, this is EXACTLY what it would look it.
Best Walking Dead Episode Ever!
At least they don’t have to build a new throne now that Bran is king.
This is a gorgeous movie. There is no villain or external force to fight. It is about a girl who had a very happy childhood learning to deal with loneliness and accepting other negative emotions like sadness. She is learning how to balance all the little pieces of herself (what separates children from adults). The movie shows little kids how you are dealing with stuff on the inside affects how you deal with stuff on the outside.
Alright, let’s say it again; The Queen Who Never Was :crown:
Finally the most satisfying death so far in this series.
Damn, I hate it when shows end. Maslany, the cast, the visual effects, the writing, and everything about this show have continued to amaze me all the way up to the final scenes; and for that, Orphan Black will be one to remember.
The last 10 minutes of this episode is probably one of the most powerful endings I've ever seen! Gave me goosebumps!
I really think some people don't understand the history behind the "history" that are watching at all. Many people 'see', but not 'observe'.
This series have a lot of connotations, such politics and social, from a showdown with a dictator; unto to release of real feelings. Almost all characters have a full evolution of her personality... even Naga hahaha.
At first I agree looks like a little child's series, but think is a masterpiece in all respects. I recommend this series to all public, seen or not any other series of the Avatar's universe.
PS. James Cameron's 'Avatar' not included. xD
this movie made me a lesbian
Binged this in a day and yes it ends with a cliffhanger.
Mostly enjoyed it. Sometimes there are pacing issues and occasionally the acting was a little bit lackluster.
The homophobic crowd will go crazy with this series :joy:.
Recommended if you like slow burner, atmospheric crime stories. Pilot is quite good, I’m hooked already. Monica Raymund does a great job, big improvement over Chicago Fire.
i hope they bring in Kai Parker to talk about merge stuff.
Agent clark must be leaving some important details out.
Alaric always likes overly serious girls. He should date someone fun, or with a bit more spunk. Emma is a wet blanket.
Starts off pretty bad then all of a sudden you've been awake for 20 hours and binge watched the entire thing.
Persevere through those initial few bad episodes and you're in for a right treat.
Bran: I can never be Lord of Winterfell, I can never be Lord of anything, I'm the Three-eyed Raven.
Also Bran: I'm the King.
The first two episodes were fantastic. It's silly to compare this to game of thrones or hotd considering how antithetical the source materials are to one another. The trailers and character posters looked like they had some spotty cgi and tacky costumes but it all looks stunning in this nearly billion dollar first season. It's already better than any of the hobbit movies and im wildly excited for whats to come after tempered expectations before watching.
This show is streets ahead.
I'm not going to lie - I had a few tears in my eyes. Two grandmas who fall in love with each other just before they die - It was impossible for me to not get a bit emotional (´;ω;`)
wait, WHAT????!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!??!?!?!!!!! WHAT THE HELL!
and the award for worlds slowest elevator goes to...
"Beloved daughter of Lady Jocelyn Baratheon and Prince Aemon Targaryen, faithful wife of Lord Corlys Velaryon, mother and grandmother, the Queen who never was lived without fear, and died in the midst of blood and fire. She was 55 years old."
Just amazing! Thanks Larry David!
The final scene of the episode was definitely repugnant. Another rape? REALLY? [...]
I've never been so happy of someone's death.
