Watched the first episode. So far the show seems to keep my interest. Though I should’ve waited for 2 episodes to air before watching it bc the ending of episode 1 was a cliff hanger & now I’m counting days till next episode.
So fucking painful to watch.
Almost done with it as I'm writing this, and I want to finish it, but shit, it's really hard.
And good. Very good.
This lore is STUNNING for the fans of Fallout series
I have to admit although I've loved this show since episode one I sort of feel they've lost the spark along the way ... I guess they made the right choice when they decided to end it with season 12, it might be time! Anyway I'm gonna miss my weekly dose of Booth and Brennan and the rest of the squints :)
Can't believe it's been cancelled.
Really good show, some really good gags, nudity and sex for laugh purposes mainly.
The big and only complaint is that often, but much more frequently during the end of the series, Ebichu and some others are just constantly screaming words and phrases over, and over, and over again. If you're already annoyed going into this show, the violent yelling in a high pitched voice just might send you over the edge, beware.
Quite possibly one of the most important sci fi sitcoms to date. Really paved the way for stuff like Rick and Morty.
Your opinion doesn't match mine That's a paddlin'
a diverse and hilarious show that deserved more than being cancelled after 5 seasons. i hope another network or service will pick it up! over the last 5 years it's been a show that i've always looked forward to watching and i'm really going to miss its lovable, funny characters
update: SEASON 6 WILL BE ON NBC!! even if it's just for one final season i'm glad b99 is being given the second chance it deserves!!
Argghh!!!! I hate when these exec clowns cancel great shows!! This was so frickin cool & had even more potential. I saved the 2nd half of the season knowing it was cancelled & just finished it now. I really enjoyed this show & in a diff way to any other show out there, it's so unique & the characters had the perfect chemistry.
Prob the last thing MCD was in too, real shame we didn't get to enjoy at least one more season with him... RIP.
Terrific show. Hope it goes on.
a very good martial arts Anime
This anime is sooooo good! I ended up buying all issues of the manga because I couldn't wait to see how the story unfolds. Love it!!
i'll always be fond of this show even if it wasn't 100% perfect it has a special place in my heart
Great old show in the marvel mutant world, which in 2017 is making a mark. Anyway I like the gifted and inhumans, agents of shield and anything Stan comes up with.
Brilliant, kickass, strong yet vulnerable female characters with total ownership of their sexuality? Sign me the hell up. Plus, David Boreanaz is dreamy.
I'm sorry but this show is much better than rest of DC's 13-years-old-drama super hero shows on cw.
I discovered this sitcom on Get TV, a free terrestrial channel that airs old stuff. This is a '70s sitcom starring Sally Field, likely in between her series "The Flying Nun" & her more-successful film career culminating in an Academy Award win for "Norma Rae." The premise of the show is that this girl w/ something extra, Sally Burton, has ESP. Thus, this show was riding the trend of sitcoms w/ supernatural themes such as "Bewitched" (as seen on Antenna TV). Also since it's the '70s the romance between Field & eventual game show host John Davidson displayed was a little more explicit in light of maybe the sexual revolution and changing TV standards. Nevertheless, the blase dialogue and copycat trend wasn't enough to get this show another season on the air.
I remember seeing this serie when i a child on tv. This is a really great serie, the makers stayed loyal to the comics. Hergé would have been proud.
It's a bit creepy that Violet looks so similat to Emily Browning from the movie with Jim Carrey.
Just finished watching the pilot episode. Basically it's The 4400 intermixed with Odyssey 5 (which both shows I enjoyed) with a bit of a spin. Felt the ending was a bit predictable but I still liked it, although I am easily entertained lol. Interested to see where it goes so, hopefully ABC does a good job weaving the mystery along with the shenanigans of the first group of mystery travelers.
Beware! Dangerously comfy anime, you might never want to leave your blanket behind!
Ah I always enjoy slow slice of life animes
Never felt bored and watch through every episode in a couple of days.
This rarely happens to me :)
This Anime has an interesting concept and honestly this is not my type so i'll give it a shot .
Yu Yu Hakusho is just a classic and riveting shounen from the glory days with an awesome English dub to boot (one of the few where the dub is better than the sub imo). There are so many great characters, laughs, tears and memorable moments all wrapped into this one unforgettable journey spanning 112 episodes. The best arcs are the Dark Tournament (season 2) and Chapter Black (season 3) sagas and I could watch them over and over again.
Do yourself a favor. Don't think. Just watch.
It does not happen often these days that an anime, or any tv show for that matter manages to get such a tight grip on me. But Made in Abyss manages to do it with flying colors.
For me Made in Abyss is the complete package. The story is captivating, the characters are very likeable, the music is perfect for setting the overall feeling you are supposed to get, and above all, that feeling for wanting to experience the unknown, to venture out into the debts of the abyss (no pun intended) and that feeling you get when watching this anime in your underbelly of yearning for something more, and to press on, no matter the consequences or the dangers is in my opinion one of the absolute cornerstones of this anime that makes this a masterpiece!
The story starts off very innocent and cute. And from the first few episodes you might think that this anime might be just a light anime because of how young the children are, with some comic relief. But if you keep watching that you will see that with every episode as Rico and Reg go deeper into the Abyss the story gets more darker and more disturbing.
To be frank, i did not fully understand when Rico and Reg said goodbye to their friends in episode 3 that goodbye really meant farewell forever. But as you can see in the later episodes (at the very least for Rico) there is no coming back alive once you go down the Abyss deep enough. In my opinion that makes Rico her fortitude and resolve to venture into the unknown, and leave everything and everyone she loves and knows behind even more daring and captivating.
I really REALLY hope that this anime gets a second season. Because this anime is the very reason i watch anime in the first place. I can wholeheartedly recommend this anime to anyone. Trust me, you will not regret it.
I have only watched the first episode, but it was a lot better than I thought it would be.
