The Nanny foot fetish episode
Beef Tobin best dad, absolutely
Some of the jokes in this episode really didn't age well. Yikes
The fact that they didn't mention once that Polanski is a pedo but just kept mentioning on and on how difficult his life was and how many bad things that happened to him like????
Even if the information on all these things that he did came out after the release of the movie it's still extremely tone deaf to not even acknowledge it at all, especially because they did bring up his personal life but they just happened to gloss over ALL the things that HE did?
Gross, Shudder, gross
It's a great movie and I hated it. It made me angry and I hate both of them(but I also don't). I had a bad time but also kind of a good time but I got a lot out of it and I don't know what to make of that
Love/hate relationship with it for sure
"Never say die when you can try" said in the most monotone tone possible. I love her
This man's hair was wet or drenched in gel or mousse throughout the entire movie and I gotta say he looked hot.
It was interesting enough but I feel like they could've done more with it. I'm not opposed to rewatching it at some point but I wouldn't recommended it to anyone unless they specifically like anything related to mad scientists and parallel universes. While it may not exactly contain those things I think it would appeal to those people
There was no way this would've ever lived up to the original but it was definitely fun. I wish the main new characters would've been fleshed out a bit more though
This was a mess but kind of an entertaining mess?
I think it would have been much more effective as a horror thriller than this weird romcom drama it was trying to be.
I can't with a clear conscience say that it was good but it did keep my attention all the way through because of several things that were just so....morally fucked up. I just had to see how this was gonna conclude
Whoever is responsible for the song choices in this episode I will kiss you
THE TWILIGHT REFERENCE!! I'M SCREAMING!!!
The way I literally got goosebumps and teary eyed at the end of this episode.
If anything happens to Jim istg
Men Yelling: The Movie
It had some funny moments but mostly it was just pretty snow scenery and yelling
A row of pickled gherkin is pretty serious
A fun bisexual mess idc :orange_heart:
(they should have been a throuple though)
It has aged surprisingly well and it has some funny one liners. In general just a fun time really
It's objectively bad in every way but it's also funny and I had a good time so I can't in my heart of hearts rate it any lower
Glad to see the outfits are still horrendous
Looking at Gizmo physically hurts. He's so cute I can barely put it into words
It's very pretty but not much else
Ohhh I fucking love this premise. Considering it's a Hallmark show I had quite low expectations but this was a great first episode!
Was it good? unsure
But was it a vibe? absolutely
I'm not gonna say this movie gave me a headache but I did get the worst tension headache I've had in a while during this movie.
I don't remember the dialogue being this cringey in the book so I don't know what that's all about but it was Bad with a capital B. I also don't believe for a second that these two love each other. I like hot people as much as the next person but please bring back chemistry tests. I don't even care if they're ugly just make me believe they want each other please i beg.
There's also the god awful acting, not to mention Uma Thurman's accent???
The soundtrack kind off fucked severely though, in a semi-ironic way.
If you, like me, enjoy slow paced atmospheric movies set in one location then you'll really enjoy this. If not, I'd recommend skipping this one.
It was obvious by the first half hour where it was heading but I really enjoyed it anyway. I have nothing bad to say about the acting and the script was pretty good. I feel like some of the characters could have been developed more if the screen time allowed it but oh well. Solid simple movie.
If you did like this one I'd recommend Life (2017) and The Bay (2012). Or if you were disappointed and want something similar but better.
oh wow(derogatory)
Just watch Gremlins instead
This is now my go-to lesbian Christmas movie(not that there are that many to choose from but still).
It was really cute, the acting was fine and I've always been a sucker for the fake dating trope
So many good one liners in this one
Fag
Sorry?
*pulls out cigarette*
Every time I see his head boy badge I wish it was an invitation
You're on the school magazine this term?
I AM the school magazine, no one else can be fucked
I can be fucked...uhh I'd like to help
The gorgeous Glenn is 45 minutes late
Probably just got held up
By his balls, I hope
Don't be melodramatic, just faint?
Great soundtrack also
Good movie...but the sex scene was an odd choice
It was certainly a movie
I thought I was in for a good time when the cow started talking but it only went downhill from there
People are saying the ending was terrifying but really he just seemed like some guy who wanted to be left alone.
I'm not a big fan of the genre in general so maybe that plays a part too. It was very well edited though, in that it seemed like a real documentary so I'll give it props for that but other than that I was mostly just bored
My favorite part was when that old lady yelled "Who cares? He's dead!" at her own husband's funeral
Anyway Haylie Duff supremacy
Look, I get it(for the most part) but it was very boring. A clever idea, to be sure, but the characters themselves were unappealing and the plot was both complicated and very simple concurrently somehow but that isn't enough to make it enjoyable. A waste of a good premise, I think.
