I consider Doctor Who to be very similar to Star Wars. In the sense that it’s all Star Wars, you can have favourite characters and episodes, but saying things like “I don’t like the prequels they ruined it”, I’m sorry but you’re not a real Star Wars fan. This mentality can be used with Doctor Who. People who don’t skip whole seasons because they don’t like the person playing the character or the show runner is bad is not a real Doctor Who fan. This is what the show is, complaining about it won’t make you enjoy it more. Jodie is an amazing Doctor, Yaz is a great companion. You’re all just complainers.
I love this return to serial style set up. This episode is obviously all setup and there was a lot of characters to keep track of, but I really enjoyed this. I’m excited to see where it goes. I love this. Is it my favourite Doctor? Companion? Show Runner? No. But I understand and accept those things are out of my control. It’s all Doctor Who. And it’s all good.
This episode is so important. For this show alone it proves that this show is doing important things for not only the LGBT community, but the world. I’m a sobbing mess.
Absolutely beautiful story telling, it was sensitive and humane.
Karamo’s entire story with Anh was absolutely disgusting. He may be, or at one time, a licensed psychotherapist, but he has no right to do that, no right to do it on television. He should have sat her down and said “you have many unresolved issues and you need therapy to heal” and taken her through the process of applying for therapy and asking the right questions.
Thank Christ you're out of France, I ain't got time for that.
chefs kiss thank you Dave, you’re just living and you’re giving us everything we need
So this is Star Wars. What is going on with modern Star Trek. It’s not Star Trek.
That opening scene was one of the most powerful things this amazing program has ever produced. I continue to be impressed by where this show goes.
Finally!! Bye bitch. ALSO AOC :fire::fire::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:
Y’all fucking know Shangela was robbed. She deserved to be top two, and she deserved to win. She is easily Drag Race’s biggest success story. Trixxie is so talented and is deserving of winning, but Shangela simply deserved it more.
This series has exceeded all my expectations so far. While, of course, it will never measure up to the original movie, it has really delivered a breathtaking homage to the original. This episode really brought home what I was waiting for, direct interaction between Regan and Captain Howdy, it explored the post-traumatic stress and anxiety Regan still suffers, and it furthered the overarching plot as a whole. I'm just very impressed with this series thus far and hope it stays true to the classic. Also while the plot twist wasn't entirely surprising, the shock of losing a pivotal character was definitely needed at this point. Also can we please talk about Father Marcus Keane being an implied homosexual, I mean win-win.
Yay, bye filler. How do we still have seven hundred episodes left?
Destroyed me. More than any other episode. The emotional core of the show.
I am so invested. Much better then expected, honestly just a very high caliber cast of contestants.
This show is quite frankly the best new show that I've watched in the last two years, it so easily brings you up to incredible highs and then leaves you in such lows. This episode was beautiful, everything I needed in a season finale.
Sorry, the incredible acting aside, I can’t stand his voice, and let’s be honest it’s not Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange as Bette Davis and Joan Crawford and it never will be
First and foremost. I stand firm on my opinion that you like all of Star Wars in it’s entirety or you’re not a Star Wars fan. These comments are atrocious. The writing was wonderful and sentimental, they couldn’t have a grand revelations or changes because they have to keep within canon confines, the fight scenes were great you just expected more from ageing characters and actors, the dialogue was sentimental and wonderful, and the parallels between the fight in rebels was intentional perhaps to create a similar level of emotional resonance between Ashoka and Obi Wan, maybe use your brains damn.
I loved this series, it gave me just enough new insight to be engaging and fresh but kept true to the bones of the show. It was good to see Obi Wan struggle with his connection to the force over the shows run, and it was so magical having Leia, playing her theme at the end wrecked me and brought me right back to Carrie, the intentional fan service of “Hello There” was perfect, and you really went out there and got Liam Neeson. I appreciated every second of this show and I am so grateful it was made.
That being said. This works perfectly as it is, additional seasons would be unnecessary in my opinion.
Well now, that was the biggest edging session I’ve ever been a part of, just a big disappointment. You can tell that there was pressure by production to keep a UK queen in the top, and the winner didn’t do have the job of their competitors in both lip syncs. I am so annoyed.
Easily one of the best episodes of Charmed, amazing considering it was season one which is generally pretty bad. Pre established lore and all that. Amazing chemistry between John and Holly.
Why are we here? This challenge was bullshit, adding the farts and fart humour were stupid, no bottom two, everyone safe. What the fuck is this? I get it we have a safe because Kornbread went home, but look we're all steamed that we don't have Kornbread we want some of these filler bitches gone. Also some of these costumes are hella questionable and continue to be questionable. Just... I don't care. Willow, Bosco, Angeria top three right night lets just skip to the end now because I just don't give a fuck. Props to Lady Camdon for the win, that runways was great, but you won't win the season so yeah lets just jump to the end I don't care about all the filler.
Look I love fan service and much as the next person I do, but two episodes in a row of a show with a title name character that doesn’t feature said character is a bit much. This feels out of place and absurd.
Am I excited by the prospects of course I am. But I would like Bobba Fett back now
Why does this show have to do me so dirty like this? Making me cry every damn episode. I work very hard at being distant and emotionless and then you throw in a restoration of faith, a relatable character, and a homosexual in the early sixties being accepted by his family. I am a mess.
It’s not exactly what I was hoping for, but it is still perfect and I cried at least three times. I’m so glad we have this final season, it couldn’t be better.
Good shit. Mmmmh, good shit! This is the Star Trek filler episode I live for. Thank you.
Give it to denim, let’s not belabour this.
As an Australian, cringe big time cringe, but just kind of good enough for me to keep going. But yeah this will get cancelled after the first season for sure.
Well, Ru can’t be accused of favouritism.
