Seeing the cast, I'm asking myself which of the parents was the unfaithful one, since they clearly don't have the same parents.
Couldn't they at least have the same ethnicity (Don't really care which).
Slow, plodding and overfluffed for time. Could easily have been an okay 90 minute movie, but instead was a painstaking 2H47 minute slog. Action sequences were not adequate as a payoff and the themes and underlying messages were convoluted and all over the map in the wrong way. Couldn't sit through the whole movie, didn't miss anyhting significant when I took a break, and STILL found enough time again to get bored. Cannot possibly recommend.
Atrocious! This movie is an abomination. People were moaning midway, some walked out. I don't know if Ron Howard was high when he made this or just didn't care or both, but I regret that I actually paid for this. And that's coming from someone who paid to see Under Siege with Steven Seagal and the Police Academy movies. Seriously do yourself a favor and skip this one. If you enjoyed Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons you will hate this one. Even more so you will ask yourself if this is even from the same people. All I can say is this. If something works please don't try to make it different just so because it's different. Have an idea! This was a total mess from start to beginning and the first 30 minutes where Langdon has hallucinations are barely watchable. Someone was clearly on acid. There is just no other explanation how an accomplished film maker like Howard made something as terrible as this. If someone has that flash thingy from Men in Black please send me a message. I need to get flashed. Twice. Just to make sure.
Well, I liked it...I´m not a fan of the comics and all that stuff, but it was a really entertaining, interesting cool movie... I´m so gonna get the bluray, I did not feel it overacted or boring at all, and I hope there´s a part 2.
I never thought they could make a 2 hour movie with Emma Stone in multiple sex scene's this bad, but they did.
this is so great, i dont get the hate. i was only going go test the pilot and ended up seeing it all in a row . funny, witty, smart!
I'm not sure this is a worthy continuation of the tv-series. I really liked the series, but this movie kinda falls a bit flat. I don't know if I'm grown up since I saw these guys last, or if it's possible to take immaturity too far.
There were a few good laughs, and it was great seeing all the characters again, but again, I wasn't really all that impressed.
...and well...I kinda liked the football part of the series. No football at all in this movie.
I've liked it much more than expected from ratings! Funnier than most Adam's stuff, and Tyrion and Ned were great.
What a terrible episode. There was really no point in watching this. No real action, the shots were bland and had no artistic value, and practically no political value apart from what was already known. You really might as well skip this one.
I don't know if I'm too dumb to this type of movies, but I thought it was shit. It is esentially a 2-hour-long artsy porn movie of Emma Stone. The plot is meh, the music is at times dissonant and badly balanced, the random scenes with fish lense felt out of character. Acting is ok, because there are some big names involved; and costumes and locations are well put and wimsy; although again, sometimes feels belonging to a different movie. Also, don't quite understood the message behind it: If you are a woman, you have to empower yourself and be a prostitute? and if you are a man, you have to be a simp like Max and let her "fly"? Maybe I'm a oversimplistic person but didn't like it
I felt asleep. Boring b o r i n g
I was smiling the entire movie. The level of detail and care that went into this film is incredible. Tributes from the first game to the last mario game. Yes, it's a children's movie, yes, the screenplay is not a masterpiece and yes, you will like it more if you are fan of the games. But it's a fun ride from start to finish.
This is what happens when the Americans attempt to make a film based on an Indian movie script. Film a bit fake in its setting, not historical accurate, and with a representation of the people represented (African, European and South American) a bit too modern and clean (likely to satisfy American tastes and not reality). This is even fine, but while the Indians often add complexity to the plot with a lot of twists to keep the attention and enhance the surprise, here instead the first half is plain, with some recover in the second half, but without many emotions triggered.
Excellent edge of your seat thriller. Halle Berry is superb. No thinking needed, just pure action
Amazing penultimate episode for next week's season (series?) finale.
This season has been a truly transformative one for all principle characters and I hope it ends on a hopeful note.
I enjoyed the hell out of Chappie, I highly recommend it! =D
This movie was great because I fell asleep in the theater and had an amazing nap
This is a great documentary because it does not fall into the easy trap of being cynical mean-spirited criticism, but is rather a series of reasonable questions being posed to unreasonable people. It's fascinating how there is such a concerted effort to characterize asking questions which the gender politics community prefers not to be voiced as "transphobic". There is a concerning social development happening in the West and this is an important film and subject of inquiry. Recommended.
Edit: Trakt has hidden this and other comments on this movie. Wasn't aware this was another censorious platform. That's discouraging.
I'm probably the only one with a low rating for this film, but it just didn't do it for me. Not to complain about the graphics or music or so, but the story was just nowhere near as good and the jokes were not funny.
Was the movie being in Black & White supposed to make it edgier? I recommend watching :asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:Django Unchained (2012):asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:, instead of wasting 2 hours watching Will Smith overacting here.
Ehh… far too much talking for an action movie. This could have been an hour shorter and it would have been better. Pretty disappointed that there was only one scene with black panther fighting. There was lots of good stuff too, but Marvel movies have felt a bit rudderless since the infinity war saga finished up.
Too long, I would have cut many parts making it a 1h45m film, 2 hours maximum. The antagonist is the only thing that is minimally characterized, explaining why he acts the way he does. Shitty ending, usual Marvel happily ever after. Anyway, it's not bad, but not good either; it's watchable, nothing more

I'll watch every single movie about Psych. It's just hilarious. The quatro queso dos fritos jokes, the come on, son's, the I'm proud of you...

all that metaness - dulé hill not being invited to Meghan markles wedding
peacock - a streaming service
also watch out for that post credit scene
can't wait for more psych movies!
They're honestly not trying any more.
This is like they had a fourteen year old write the script for a cartoon.
Or as Dom would have put it: It's family the family of the family and I family hope they family making any family.
Looking to watch a movie with no reward and a big ol WTF at ALL of it?? This is the gem for you!
The first and only animated DC or Marvel show or movie I've actually found worth watching. Finally, one for adults (and, considering the language and graphic violence, only for adults at that). And I must say that Harley is pretty hot in this. Don't get confused by the start of the first episode, as she does change to her new modern Suicide Squad-based outfit eventually. This series is focused on the bad guys, sidekicks, the competitive environment for them. Also, it has a lot of points about female empowerment (mansplaining, etc.) which is refreshing vs. more outdated roles. Definitely addicted, and can't wait for the 3rd episode!
Gonna disagree with the positive comments. It was a weak premiere.
What worked: I love how Stallone is such a dogsh** actor in everything else and then just turns into such a colossus of gravitas in these films with the best monologues going around. The in fight cinematography cant be beat and theres a great cameo halfway through the film.
Everything else was a hot mess attempting to make a point on toxic masculinity, panicking and being the equivalent of a Ben Cousins Say No To Drugs message. Character motivations across the board make no sense and the entire film takes over 2 hrs to make the same point that Marty McFly being called chicken in the first Back to the Future took ten minutes to illustrate. Soundtrack went from an epic identity creator in the first Creed to borderline parody featuring dramatic Boney M interlude, and unintentional Laurence of Arabia tribute.
This is a pretty good banner holder for films that get their heroes and villains mixed up. Guy becomes a father to a disabled child and risks his life to fight because reasons. What a total piece of sh**.
