Great episode. It was nice to see that Zelda‘s biggest fear is to lose Hilda. Ms. Wardwell wandering through all the different dreams was funny.
After last week's slip-up, I'm glad to see Titans back at being the best superhero show around right now. And they didn't even have to do fancy fighting scenes for this episode to flow much better than the last (though I am obviously hoping for the fancy fighting scenes to be back soon).
The more I watch this show, the more it seems that we're still somewhat far from seeing a full-fledged proper Titans team. I guess the first season will be like this, they hang out together but aren't a group of heroes, yet. As long as this means more seasons, I'm cool with it.
It was particularly amusing seeing big DC names being thrown around like it was nothing in this episode (Batman, Wonder Woman, Joker, Penguin), whereas, on the other side of the superhero spectrum, The Gifted spent the whole of last episode awkwardly avoiding the word "Magneto".
Anyway, HOW WILL WE BE ABLE TO WAIT A WHOLE WEEK FOR THE NEXT EPISODE AFTER THAT INTENSE ENDING?! D:
"I wonder what the Penguin's doing right now."
This episode was much better, I enjoyed it a bunch. I liked that they finally started using the name "Starfire". The episode was lacking much in terms of action, but it was actually better because it. I liked the Dick and Donna scenes the best out of the episode. I am hoping the writers and producers keep up with putting out good episodes like this instead of bad ones like last week's.
“Wonder Woman was born to protect the innocent. Batman was created to punish the guilty.” -Donna Troy
I had been liking Titans so far, but this episode was pretty bad. I am hoping it’s just a fluke.
Jessica's mom: "You're just going to waste good booze."
Jessica: "It's bottom shelf."
Ah, mother-daughter bonding.
The story of Frankenstein monster is so heartbreaking. I must admit I did not think the series finale would come so quick. It was a proper ending for the story of Vanessa Ives but there was so much other stories that could have been told.....what could have become of Brona, Dorian, Dr Jekyll, Dracula, Lucifer... The possibilities
This was amazing end.All characters played very good their roles. You must watch this series.
MUCH less soap opera + MUCH more mystery and action = a MUCH better episode.
This fucking episode, man might be the best ever. I'm literally speechless.
So layered, so many call backs to real life politics. Rick/Morty analogues for racerelations. Equal Pay, Globalisation of companies. That whole wafer storyline. Fuck. I need to watch this again. No wonder they gave us two weeks to wait for this. So fucking worth it.
As often with Marvel shows or movies the villains in this were borderline bad but I just don't care because of the heroes and their interactions.
An outstanding episode. loving this season.
"My name is Quentin Lance. After five years drinking just whisky, I started a job with only one goal: to prevent Oliver Queen from killing my daughters. Today, I fight that war in two fronts. By day, I oversleep and work as deputy mayor. But by night, I am someone else. I am something else. I am Prometheus"
