Genuinely funny moments balanced by spot-on drama and, unfortunately, jokes that fall flat. Maybe I'm just not British enough to enjoy the potty humor?
Outro song is 'Who are you', episode is titled 'Who we are'.............
12min in and we're discussing art and crisis of the language. i love this show
JINKX MONSOON you know just brilliant choices everywhere
Great episode: brilliant plot, a great villain, funny but deep. In two words Doctor Who!
Step down from big budget superhero fare that is aimed squarely at the tween set. Not bad, but not incredible, either.
I remember loving this when I watched it for the first time. As you can expect it's cringey and was a very try-hard movie but I enjoyed it and still think it's funny to watch for the nostalgia
Getting some real "Return of the Jedi" vibes from when the Rogue Agents stormed the storage center for the A.I. Up to and including when they came out.
All that was missing was Ewoks.
First of all. I didn't realise this was a limited series. Second, this all just seemed to fizzle a bit at the end. Like I get the book end of it with them going back to a people driven FBI but it just seemed a bit rushed and easy. Also all that chemistry with Poet and Hour.. Wasted! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Spoilers for Person of Interest:
This is the world if Samaritan won
They made the two "guards" in the beginning of this episode dumb as hell. Firstly, when they stopped, the gunmen got out, why not drive off? Secondly, why the hell would they get out of a bullet proof vehicle and go out into the open, vulnerable? Stupid.
It's feeling like the Fringe x Person of Interest crossover I didn't know I needed.
Great character and world building this ep. Slowly and subtly like good writing should be. Clocked the date of the FBI attack in the background of Poet's visit to the site in present day. They didn't hit use over the head with this but the ending scene cemented it.
Not doubt this event was a catalyst for the need of this AI project which is in rampant control of the future.
Color me intrigued. This is one I’ll have to focus more on with the time jumps. We’ll see how my adhd handles that. It’s giving minority report now to find out what happened between the present and the future
Oho!
Spoilers -
I called it that Viktor was in fact a woman.
I had also started to suspect the right person somewhere through all of this. Feeling slightly accomplished. But only slightly.
Because I had NOT anticipated that last slap. It made some sense, I had an inkling it’s somewhat all about Imogene, because that angle has just been in the dark for the entire time, also something about Rufus leaving the first time around was still not entirely explained …
But this? Hmmmm…
That singing scene was so sweet. (bittersweet)
Jere Burns was so good in Justified. I don't know why he only get a role like this.
This episode was absolutely freaking brilliant. I never saw that twist coming and the series had me perplexed the entirely too short run.
Loved the fact that they went all out on the episode. This episode might anchor how future trans people should be seen.
If you think this series is "woke," you obviously didn't watch the original series.
I enjoyed seeing an episode with this content. Inclusion for all.
Excellent episode that hopefully helps to educate bigots about the trans community and make them realize just how wrong they are. Trans women are women. Trans men are men. End of frakking discussion.
Not surprised to see the bigots out in force for this episode. Guess what, snowflakes, the writers, producers and actors in this episode don't want you watching. This show is not aimed at you, feel free to stop watching and go back to your YouTube masters.
NCIS: Sydney - :heart:x7
This is just as good or bad as any of the other NCIS shows. I enjoyed it. It's fun to see other locations and slightly different storylines aligned with another country and customs. Is it a great show? No. Is it watchable? Yes.
The Australian accent does take a bit of time to get used to.
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
It's getting there, slowly but the team showed more teamship in this one and they aren't trying to copy too much from the other shows
This is definitely based on the Barbie and Ken killers
Very interesting episode with a number of setup events, the saddest ending ever.
The Legal System has failed... good last words for this one.
It's frightening how up to date a 20 Years old Episode can be... no Progress
ps. its pretty hard to follow this kinda stuff without personal feelings... so put that all away it was a really good episode.
I knew that bitch jade couldn’t be trusted
